Damn spell check.. We're fed up.....lol
Stop trolling! Where fed up with your posts mate
If you are wondering where all the money has gone needed to upgrade the network to fibre? YOU GAVE IT ALL AWAY TO SKY/TT ETC!!! You muppet, go and do some basic economy night classes!
At last, Amazon, Netflix . Nowtv, EE Good to see the share price bounce 10% on this... Oh wait. Im dreaming again...lol
75k about average for employees who took out the 2009 share offer. Me included. And to think I cried when they went down to 435. Time for more pills I think. Cheers Gavin mate!
If after Gavins speech tomorrow we dont close up then he really needs to go
Avy, the question was over dividend cover which I answered with facts.
God down because their CEO is going....lol Dont think that would happen here...;-)) Still Vod worst FTSE performer today. BT sound only manage fourth worst...shame on you BT, cannot win anything..lol
Im in a similar boat but didnt have your sense to get out at 400 Agree with most of what you say but its always been like that and it didnt stop a recent SP of 500p. Truth is BT cannot help but make money, and a lot of it, regardless of its staff or management.
When I said some would disagree I should have just said Avrohom....lol Anyway here are the FACTS from December and if anything BT has got better. Ironically BT will now soon be the highest divi in the FTSE as well as the BEST covered. The highest yielder, Centrica, which is offering an 8% yield, has a dividend cover of just 1.24 and Mould warned the presence of Centrica and recent share price action suggests the spectre of dividend cuts still lurks. BP has the worst cover in the top yielders list, with less than 1. Telecoms giant BT has the best cover in the top 10 list at 1.73, Full article here http://citywire.co.uk/money/ftse-dividend-cover-hits-financial-crisis-lows/a1079448
Who votes? Cannot see shareholders not saying yes
Some will disagree but dividend cover is one of the best in the FTSE
Forgot to say lower price could even instigate a takeover bid. That will please Sharon
Trying to stop caring if they drop under 200 at least it will prompt action. Either GP to go or ofcom/HMG to change attitude. Shareholders punished enough and BT nothing more to give!
Over what duration mate? Not sure how betting works
I thought last weeks results was it but now thinking Thursdays speech? Surely got to go bloody soon if that fails?
Take your pick!
Reports that the 13000 restricted to these roles maybe a smokescreen. Front line told everyone to be scrutinised and dead wood cut out.
I am taking it as a given GS will be gone within the year. Plus GP if we are not above 240 in the next few weeks or sooner if we dare venture below 200
