Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
Generally, directors are allowed to buy and sell shares in their own companies, but they are not allowed to trade in shares of their company in the six weeks preceding a results announcement (this is known as the ‘closed' period).
So you will often find directors buying or selling shares on the day of results or one or two days afterwards.

When the results came out the charts didn't make any sense as technicals went out of the window as mms can go where they want with it to make there money ,boos results weren't that bad and future growth is still there .This is just manipulation by the aim market to drive there profits

Hi all
Just listened to the webcast and was happy with all the positive comments and that the freight costs etc will be short term and expect growth to return to 25 % and margins to be back to 10 by end of year ,so they seemed pretty upbeat if we get over this short term blip
