AGM or no AGM if the licence had been lost it would have had to be rns'd first thing as far as i'm aware.
I hope that all naysayers and trolls have the decency to make their exit and leave the invested in peace if there is a positive outcome.
IN Person i think

If foreign companies invest millions as Kefi has already done and abide by the rules and then have licences revoked. What message would that send out to future inward investment?
Which company would risk their monies on the off chance that they might be sent packing?
The biggest loser apart from possible legal challenges would be Ethiopia imho
TW put the situation a lot more eloquently detailed manner than i've written and in his view the courts would be the best option, since without having to do any work Kefi would benefit money wise.
Yesterday's TW bearcast Harry said he is very confident Umbrella Agreement will be signed before 30th June.
TW's opinion if licence still revoked Kefi would be able to resort to suing EG through the "International Courts" for what TK would worth. NPV of TK is many hundreds of millions of $'s.In Internal arbitration EG wouldn't be able wriggle out if Kefi had provided what was required of them.(Fox Marble are already using the courts in their dispute in Kosovo). dyor
Q&A There are rumours circulating in the Ethiopian media (in June 2022) that the Ethiopian Minister of Mines has cancelled a number of licences including the Tulu Kapi Mining Licence. Can you comment on these rumours?
A. KEFI and TKGM can confirm that they have received no formal or informal communication along these lines from the Minister or Ministry and do not believe these rumours to be correct. The Company believes that it and TKGM continue to fulfil their obligations and are preparing for full project launch as previously announced.
