Reply - Nick von Schirnding and I are going out next week to Slovakia, to continue where Anthony left off � so no, it�s not dead in the water. Nick von Schirnding has stepped up to an Executive Chairman role and will be taking over some of the functions corporate I performed as CEO. It did not seem right that a company of our size having both an Executive Chairman and CEO. This change will give me the freedom to focus on operations, which to some extent will include Slovakia.

Good Afternoon Vassilios, Following the grant of options over c12m shares to yourself and Anthony would you be able to share your rationale for setting the exercise price at 2.625p without any lock in period. Reply- As you may or may not be aware, Anthony and I are both no longer on the Board of Ortac and Anthony has actually left the company (as of the beginning of this month). I am not on the remuneration committee and I had no say on the issue of the share options either. All I can say is that there are some pretty ambitious internal targets set to trigger those share options, which in fairness one can say by default are a type of lock-up. I did wonder if there were any rules about option exercise price setting, if so, I'm not aware of them. Trouble is, at that price it looks like an early / low get out price.

It would have been nice if the exercise price was more ambitious! I mean 2.625 pence, hardly a massive vote of confidence...
