At the risk of stating the bl**din obvious:-
DKE are two months over their 18 month target for hitting £100m asset value
Optiva had a 2.3p price target based on the first property being sold or leased, that was over a year ago
The company is / was until very recently, being viewed as an investment trust by some brokers which might be why buying is sparse
They've obtained planning but no exchange of contracts and no more news on pipeline stuff....
It's hardly any wonder the SP is where it is.... to be fair, I'm amazed it's held up as well as it has...

I would suggest that the these 5 majors are merely speculating on the results continuing to be positive in the same way we are. If the outcome is good then they don't want to risk not being in the game and the offers should come in. If not convincing they will fade.... Those trenching results were very good, and with the benefit of hindsight could be taken as another example of a bit of over hype like previous comments and subsequent activities i.e. - the hastily arranged conference call which got me and a few others all revved up!
As NvS has said..."look, this is early days..."

the office juniors from SP that attended the conference call have fed back, badly, to mr Meyer....wasters

I agree, dead wet....Not sure what they make out of ARCM but whatever it is its way too much!

Hi beginner, I think the feedback was that the majors are more interested in the potential size of the overall system rather than the grades. So at .5% they are happy if the system is BIG

if not for close period...which it isn't yet and he hasn't!

Not sure what input their PR team are having into their comms, I can only assume naff all!

NVS is now going to have to do some pretty slick talking on the call....

I think the overhyped platitudes do more harm than good and don't instil confidence...same old same old.

Conference call, in my opinion will not provide any succour, and will be a waste of all your valuable time....

How spectacularly over theatrical....announcing the conference call on twitter and trundling out another RNS, which, I agree is not bad news but has left me feeling a bit deflated to be honest....
This doesn't win new hearts does it!!

if it's a two way call it MUST be good.....NVS will want to bathe in investor adulation...you can't do that with an RNS
