Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Agreed James, literally 1000's of pages to digest.
Without actually considering the numbers you would think that would save a significant amount.
I find the whole paid pumper/de-ramper nonsense completely childish.
Sure, but I'd like to think investors understand the predicament sufficiently enough to recognise risk.
Anyone that thinks this is a sure thing needs to seriously consider their position.
For me, an RNS and subsequent clarity brings reassurance to investors to make an informed decision, assuming an RNS confirms what we know already. I still believe SP would react positively, I'm not saying people will be posting pictures of rockets but positive nonetheless. I'm not saying we will get an RNS, I've no idea.
Disagree Cruis, I believe investors will react positively to clarity.
Nice to read some sensible posts instead of the usual trash.
I think Tegop's post is referring to if Cineworld specifically requested the hearing, implying its just part of the process. Could be wrong.
Debt levels are massive and obviously still a risky investment but that's why you get the opportunity to invest at this price.
It's reassuring that an appetite appears to exist to re structure the finances. In my opinion further news of restructure from Mondays hearing (post market close) will be seen positively by the market. Unfortunately we don't have a crystal ball, thus no guarantees this will happen, you pay your money....
I know it's been done to death, but for anyone still not clear about Chapter 11, the below link explains the process clearly in simple terms.

Is that a statistical fact? Not been funny just don't know.
How's that work then?
Absolutely, I wouldn't be all in on this share, the risks are clear. However, hopefully we've established a base camp now in the low 6's and this could move quite promptly on the sniff of news. Court matters on Monday will be interesting.
The relative stability is reassuring.
Not so sure about that, I think profits will have been taken already in the most part.
I think so, investors will be watching this closely following the recent uplift.
Court matters on Monday could bring further interest and positions will taken pending news.
