Hi Vas,
Can you elaborate on what basis you said that CC have already made their year end forecast, please?
Kind regards
Vas,
Are we (our partners) are involved in it? It seems to hit the spot spec wise - 6LowPan / LPRF etc.
Vas,
It's 9,00,000 -> 900 000 units

Dont bother LTI.
Hi answer will be along the lines given to me, when I asked to point me to only one placing which was done at below 20% discount. He said "last 3" - we all know what followed after.
This was right after spewing bullshIt that he won't be surprised when the next round of dilution will be at more than 25% discount to prevailing SP.
Just stop entertaining the clown altogether. In the end, it's his life's job to entertain us.
Tony....
Anil Daulani ---> Managing Director (Sales) ----> "train more installers" ???
I'm loss for words this time..... :/
Good point Jmitc1.
Although hard to resist one shouldn't argue with idiots, - they'll bring you down to their level then overwhelm with experience.
That's even before bringing in friends to take you out with numbers...;)
So obviously you don't check yet persist with spewing bull$shit.
Last 3 placings were (excluding consolidation which was done at 20% discount 35p vs 28p) were:
5.6% march 17 (3.2m)
2.7% oct 16 (1.05m)
14.3% (jun16) massive 12.5 million placing when they bought connode....
Surprised if it's gonna be less than 25% discount eh, CB?
I'm not arguing against or for anything - as I have no opinion on what placing price would be. And no, I don't think it will be at a premium. We are far from the situation that would allow us to command a premium on placing.
You on the other hand dodged a direct question.
Let me repeat it for you, can you point me to just one placing that was at more than 20% lower then SP at the time?
BC, Earnings season starts tomorrow - can't imagine this continue on the indexes especially that another blowout quarter is expected really.
It happened twice already in last 18 months
CB, Point me to one placing that was actually more than 20% of the share price?
Just one please?
Let me get this right Tony.
You are thinking that I'm totally wrong in this scenario on a basis that you were into a company in 90's who did exactly that?! Let me spell this out.....one company....20+ years ago right? I could give you lots of examples of what was acceptable / practicable 20 years ago is ridiculous, and corporate suicide today.
In terms of stock market (laws, regulations, behaviors, practices etc etc) - comparative example of what happened 20 years ago to what happens (or is needed to survive) now is like comparing 17th vs 21st century marriages. And we all know subtle difference between those right?
Well.....enough said, I guess. And we are entitled to our own opinions but.....let's agree to disagree on this one shall we? (^.^)
Oh, and to your last point. I'm not "incidentally" saying - I'm saying plain and simple - no company Cyan or otherwise should be disclosing losses (or gains) on a monthly basis - for any reason under the sun.
It gives everyone and their dog, thousands of reason to trash the company, screw them over on funding, out-compete it, plan for a forced takeover, - a metric ton of inside information to use against said company.....on a....coincidentally - monthly basis (^,^).
Why would you keep handing pack of bullets to everyone that points a rifle at you.....ad perpetuum? ;)) ....just on a monthly basis of course! ;))
It doesn't matter whether we are on "rising balance sheet" (which until confirmed by 1st positive results - is not really rising). No company whether it's loosing 100s of millions or making billions and beating records every year would, or should disclose anything like that anytime apart from the official regulatory disclosure time windows.
Have you seen Apple (after all, they beat their own records every time every quarter for what....10 or more years?) - or ANYONE in the world doing something like this for any reason? Don't you think someone would if it was a good idea?
Although I hate to do this, I have to agree with Colour on this one. And I'm really surprised that you actually suggested to Heather something like that.
No company in their right mind would give that sort of information on a monthly basis - this effectively cripples them in terms of any decent deal on potential funding, and is a terrible idea on countless levels, financially, and both from corporate and competitive point of view. Why would ANYONE do this? The "appeasing private investors" is not a reason at all - and they'll be shooting their own foot if their did so.
The chance of any commpany doing just that is about the same chance of any company issuing a statement along the lines of what Colour recently argued for - don't exactly remember but it was something about CURRENT cash levels on a monthly basis, or even as one-off. i.e. ZERO.
And it would be beyond stupid to do something like that. Sentiment is nothing on AIM from purely financial perspective - funds / brokers don't operate on sentiment - they operate on cold hard facts. For that reason they should be given as little ammunition as possible to argue with, against the company.
Sorry tony - but I find it hard to fathom that you actually suggested something like this to Heather........and yes - there was no laugh outside... but......? (^.^)
I think it might go to 10 before going to 30 :P
CB, now?
And end up like you for next xx years?
Ta but no thanks ;)
Morning LTI - I will also try it when it reaches Versarien levels of SP ;)
Which just might be shares that someone has bought the other week for 7/8/9/10 and trying to protect their profits - after all they might have almost doubled their money (or more than doubled in fact)?
Ooohhh.....and the word "chance" coupled with "MASSIVE IF" in the next post and lots of caveats yesterday suggest to you it's actualy MY opinion that the funding WILL NOT be required?
Few days ago I wondered whether you have an agenda....or..are just something else. That really makes me reconsider the conclusion I arrived to back then.
The other options is that you are just trolling - but God...you must be bored as there are 100s of other forums to do that effectively, with lots more oversensitive souls to boot too ;))
CB who in your opinion thinks it will not be required?
