Offtake agreement is the key here. It opens up possibility of debt finance. It could really get interesting here if dilution for capex is limited (which is not off the cards given bird’s shareholding). A big issue is nobody trusts bird to do the right thing and so sentiment is rock bottom.

Despite being marked as sells, most of the trades showing yesterday were actually buys in my view. Where’s the sells that pegged the price? Agree there must be a delayed trade and a monster at that.

The timing of many things is out of nccl’s hands, but the date it chooses for its agm is not. That date has been chosen for good reason. Read the resolutions to be passed at the agm.
