I personally can't see there being any shareholder value left here. Could turn out to be a long suspension if having to go through accounts etc. Looks a similar exercise to Eddie Stobart re accounts. In the meantime, creditors could well take control of the business/ assets. When debt is all paid off, what value is likely to be left? Anyone done a rought debt versus value calc?
Been reading the last 24 hours of posts on NMC out of interest. Sorry for you holders, both short and long term.
adzy2k11 your analysis, research and knowledge is hugely impressive throughout!
The darkest hour is just before dawn. Companies like VRS can change course in a single RNS, so be patient and let be what will be. Short term share price movement will have no relevance to how things will pan out here. Relax, hold, top up as you wish, but nothing has changed.
Guys just relax, stressing and guessing won’t change the outcome.
I’ve waited years for some of my investments to mature, both in the markets and privately owned. What’s 6, 9, 12 months, it’s nothing in the scale of things. I don’t mind when it happens, or how it happens, just that it does happen. Fingers crossed.

Got the call right in the end didn’t I old buddy? Did you bail after your serial ramping on FLYB?
Did warn everyone weeks ago but of course got shot down. Scully, investor35 etc, massive rampers. They may have all bailed but the 70p a share TO party was never going to happen.
1p up. Sorry rampers.
Scully I’ve gotta shoot off, text me when my 29p funding hits.
Cheers
Patrick
People referring to the IPO price WTF that got to do with absolutely anything to do with any offer? Is that what you say when you’re selling your car you bought new??
I’m all strapped in. Just for the extra feeling I’m sat in my 991 turbo s with my seatbelt on.
Scully!!!! We agree on something I knew this time would come!! Yes I feel it may spike to 13p at some point. After that it will fizzle a bit though.
I’m funded on my very big position to 29p so pray for paddy it doesn’t go above that.im pretty relaxed though :)
No bid has been made yet so it hasn’t. It’s like looking at a girl on the dance floor. Nobodies proposed to anyone yet.
Thankful for your concern all the same.
Patrick
GT my short is very well funded for any spike. We will see soon how accurate the 30p, 40p, 50p predictions on open are.
If Virgin don’t see share value for a failing company they could walk away or offer £1 for the co. Nobody knows. As I said yesterday, life boat and sinking ship. The sinking ship can’t start calling the shots.
Yes different perhaps if 3-4 lifeboats turn up but will they? Someone said 4 confirmed interested parties now but I haven’t seen evidence of this.
Also look how many shares COW and BODs hold? You guys all hold more I think? What benefit are the share values being higher to the CEO and the team on a TO? Just curious on views on this.
Morning team. Nobody got back to me in the below calls? Perhaps some of the fresh morning heads could discredit this from Realist on advfn? He’s summed up my cash burn and company value research and concerns very well.
My personal target price for this company is £1 IMO DYOR
“Finances getting desperate, and it's easy to see why from the latest financials; notably the trading update on 17th October RNS and the half year results RNS on 14th November. In the 6 months to September 2018, they claim to have made an 'adjusted profit' of £14 million, but in that time their cash and cash equivalents went down by £32.5 million, from £86.7m to £54.2m.For the 12 months to March 2019 (including the 6 months to September 2018), they anticipate an 'adjusted loss' of £12 million. So they are expecting to make an additional loss of £26 million in this 6 month period. Cash went down by £32.5 million when they made an adjusted profit of £14 million, so if they then run a loss of £26 million in the next 6 months, then cash would be expected to go down by £58.5 million in that time. The credit card companies demanded £8 million extra collateral due to the companies' struggles, and that can be expected to increase as well.So with £54.2 million to play with, they had way less than 6 months' worth of cash at Sept 2018. The recent £10 million flash sale and loan would may be extend the inevitable by a month or so, but it just shows how desperate they are, and all the while makes it a less and less attractive takeover prospect for any potential suitor. This looks well and truly doomed. Not long to go now.“
I’d love to read a greatly constructed factual response

Patrick

Well I’ve smashed the back doors out of my 12 cans of Guinness no more left.
So going to go try find my bed, shouldn’t be too hard in my 1 bedroomed apartment though. Scully text me if I sleep through my alarm, I want to see the initial spike before it drops back down.
£1 target. And for clarification that’s for the company not for each share. If this goes wrong I’m gonna lose my £2 a point on my spread bet. 20 fookin euros is a few cans of Guinness off my mate Mick on the black market.
