So we have a low ball "an offer" of CAN 0.71. The directors have publicly stated that the offer is undervalued. So that has to mean PQE is worth $330M, at least. Today's price before open is CAN 0.16.

Now, question: how cn the directors say that the company is undervalued at $330M when a week ago the market valued it at $30M. It means for them to say that something fundamental has changed recently. The technology is commercial!

QS - pretty certain Petrobloq as it was known was abandoned, or taken over. Petroteq did not have the funds to progress this block chain offering from memory.

They are both serial entrepreneurs, achieving huge success. With around 60M shares in Petroteq bought at the all time low they must be feeling pleased. But as you will hear they are used to making multi millions. Follow the money - if only it was possible to buy shares in Valkor......but it is a private company.

Sky Quarry- almost certainly David Sealock new venture will be using Petroteq technology- so if he progresses this opportunity - he had been seeking funding but not sure where he is with this - Petroteq will receive a $2M licence fee +5% annual sales royalties. DS knows this technology inside out, I expect he is watching closely.

Valkor have been buying up acreage in Utah (there’s a clue that they are confident) - the sale process is through sealed bids. Valkor outbid Sky Quarry last month on some large acreage.

Once Petroteq technology is confirmed as commercial via the independent assessment currently under way, watch the land (oilsands) prices rocket.

See short interest was slashed by nearly half on Friday - nearly all burnt out, great to see! The rest will close soon. They are beginning to realise it could be very expensive to hold out......??
