I appreciate your sincerity but you are way -way off the mark with your statement BMV is not an exploration company. That is the only reason any funds were raised -on the Batangas gold project -not on some hairy fairy copper trading business which has no trading history and is nothing more than a reselling operation which will never in my opinion generate the profits promoted. I have lived in Mindanao -know all about Tagum City and all the sharks and wheeler dealers - operating a successful copper trading business as set out in the prospectus is very high risk -I would hate to be hanging by my gonats on the copper trading business ever producing a profit. Then go to Hot Copper with the long line of bitter and angry punters who have lost so much on RMX . The fact is hardly any drilling was ever done at Batangas -just one announcement after another with trenching results -but no drilling. I like Batangas -I could mine the high grade in the South West Breccia and make millions -if I had a CIP plant nearby but when I learnt of the local oppsostion and then Duterte came to power it became obvious even someone like myself with considerable knowledge of the Co O mine of Medusa and the ways around the traps would never be able to mine Batangas. Weh Gina Lopex was appointed that was the last straw for the Philippines -we know her track record and she is vehemently opposed to mining. I don't hold BMV -would not touch it with a barge pole -but a great little listed entity which if it changed direction could be fired up with an Aussie gold project. Probelem is after all the hangers on have received their salaries no money left -read the fine print mate.

With all due respect your nick seems to cover your knowledge of a public company's responsibilities very appropriately - your response is from the back woods mate. First of all you have been listed for many months now and your reporting obligations have nothing to do with your Prospectus. Secondly you ARE an exploration and mining company with equity in the Batangas gold project your principal asset. An asset where you have rights to control,the project. Thirdly your profits projections are just that -if you achieve those results I will be the first person to offer my congratulations. Having said that if you want investors to support the company they need hard evidence of gross revenues - cost of sales and profitably -not a profit estimate subject to all the vagaries of the marketplace and in the case of the Philippinjes the toxic situation that prevails in the mining industry. Who are your suppliers -has Gina Lopez closed down the copper mines that are presumably supplying BMV with concentrates ? Very likely they will also get the chop because she hates mining and Duterte is on record as saying who needs the industry anyway. The entire BMV business model is dependent on the whims now of an anti mining country with high sovereign risk. My recommendation to Bishop was to pivot to a mining jurisdiction like Australia but that advice has been ignored -so best of British luck old chap -you will need it in the Philippines.

I would also update the web site which has nothing meaningful at all on the copper trading business.

It is not a matter of believing - what was the first payment - what orders are in hand -what is the profitably ? It is normal for public companies and listed exploration /mining companies to add in an RNS the metallurgical report as provided by the laboratory in the exactly the same manner as drill assays are reported by explorers so shareholders can see who conducted the analysis and confirm for themselves the credibility of the reports. Any company on the ball also prepares PowerPoints showing the processing plant /lab -ores and stockpiles -anything that lends credibility to the business model.

Show shareholders the revenue -the profitability -some photos of the facility and various other proofs of the concept in a PowerPoint presentation -as Australian junior explorers do with their projects. Most AIM listed companies have no presentations or very basic snapshots of the business they are trying to promote. So far all you have had is a few lines of promise -I will make a bet the copper concentrate trading won't deliver

Simple message - put Batangas on hold and focus on Australia - gold stocks going ballistic here but it 'aint going to happen with the fruit cakes running the Philippines.

One of your priceless ramps for a mine at Batangas that will most likely never get DENR development approvals or produce an ounce of gold - and a copper concentrate business that has yet to demonstrate its viability. Down 7% today and I expect around 1p would be a fair price in the circumstances.

Many RMX announcements -and a placement announced today -that should get Dugdale across the line -But the board are under attack from most Australian shareholders. What was the sales revenue and profitability of the copper concentrates already delivered ? Any news on current concentrate deliveries and cash flow ?

I hold gold stocks here on ASX that have tripled -and will continue to multi bag. But GRL has no money -no active exploration program and major shareholders at odds with one another. Begs the question are you alright ?

Very positive actually - the greatest gold boom in history unfolding. BUT you have to hold viable gold assets and not projects that cannot be developed because of sovereign risk as GRL hold in Ghana. And major shareholders need to be on the same page unlike GRL with opposing interests.

Buy good gold stocks -they are going to the moon but this stock is a dogs dinner - with illegals crawling all over Obusasi and everything else dead in the water. Shame really but with MTR and RRR muddying the waters a hopeless situation.
