Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I can vouch for and reiterate longtermminers statement..
Itās been a while all. What a poor turn of events over the recent months, my opinion is a strategic investor shall come in to pay for the shaft sinks to progress and be de-risked. If the TBM goes well enough then forget the Lockwood TBM entirely. Repackage that up and go back to the bond market with a de-risked and less complicated MTS plan of 2 TBMs not 3. Time will tell but I donāt foresee any news or RNS for many months. All is quiet (apart from the TBM going like the clappers)
OP4
All,
Iād like some thoughts (not wild guesses if possible) on what the Market Cap May be if the bonds are sold successfully as intended. And whether that has any reflection on the SP considering we arenāt a revenue producing company as of yet.
If we secure our financing, unlocking the bond value, RCF etc, would that instantly unlock say a doubling of the Market Cap and potentially doubling of the SP?
Oracle
Scotman,
Absolutely and I appreciate your comment and that post from a few days ago. I am but making an assumption and engaging in the conversation.
One things for certain, itās an impressive looking hole in that picture. Long way down to go yet!
Oracle
Myo,
As the SBR parts are arriving in earnest would one not assume the service shaft pre SBR launch depth is complete and ready to take the SBR? That would make sense considering it looks like a rather deep hole now..
Oracle
Avocet,
Absolutely. The last few days certainly have been interesting with regards the share price. Iād hate to see the new guys leave a matter of weeks after they start...
letās hope the markets are favourable and the bonds go as intended. Time will tell. I for one am feeling better as we speak knowing the overseas reality star has at least said something helpful via Twitter...
Oracle
duracellAA,
Well well well, thatās an interesting guess. Drill and blast does sound fun.
Evening all and Thorn. Titbits you say? Everything is in full swing as usual. New employees popping up left and right, new experience and knowledge coming to the table all with one view and a common theme. All excited to be part of this incredible project and keen to get stuck in. Team 2021 is the ethos driven into all. Now, would new employees still be popping up, even in recent days, unless the belief was strong that funding will be secured and the build will continue business as usual?...
Oracle
15Lives,
Youāre in a cold polar region there, if I end up there the shafts have gone very wrong indeed.
iāll be sure to let you know if any guesses are getting warmer.
Oracle
Thorn,
Iāll answer this once. Not Mr STRABAG.
However, I do wish Sirius would give an update on the TBM speed per day... would put a lot of smiles on this boards members faces...
Oracle
Ffc,
Drones! Nice thought. As posts go on iām sure it will be figured out. My involvement will cease in circa 9- 12 months so not too long to find out from the horses mouth.
Will update on the speed and ease of payment, if a company is happily paying out large sums of money speedily I would question whether they are worried about cash or bonds selling...
Oracle
Will,
Silence does send theories rampant.
Hope youāve all had a good weekend, it appears this boards been very busy coming up with plans on what to do if the bond issue fails. Time will tell I suppose. Fingers crossed the bond goes as intended.
Build continues at pace, slowing down? Not a chance. Letās test if the payments are slowing down, If sirius pay my substantial bill, I have zero concern on the companies finances or of a slow down.
Oracle
Jimbo,
Glad to see thatās the message across from both site to Investor Relations.
Itās been mentioned already by someone here (but seemed missed), the bond sale is postponed only and will be reissued in September. Expectation is this will go without issue and reiterating the IR message, interest in this was significant.
Oracle
Mazda,
Iām not the messiah. Iāve been invested for a good couple of years and am proudly part of the project.
Indeed we are all just usernames. I decided to create an account and contribute to this board because I value the input of many members here especially regarding financial and shareholding information. I wish to repay some of that contribution with snippets of development info that I can reveal. I of course cannot state all of the projects progress and achievements/failings to all, as much as I would like too...
We are here for one reason, we want to see our investment prosper. Maybe, just maybe, I can turn some negative thoughts of shareholders into comfort knowing the mine is in safe hands. The build is full steam ahead, and that I wish you all could see woodsmith etc in all its glory. Because I know, if you did, you would be scrambling for your pennies to invest...
Oracle
Members,
Where is your intelligence... why would anyone on the street care what potash or polyhalite is? Ask them for a fertiliser name and they will all say āMiracle Growā...
Itās for large scale farmers and farming/fertiliser consortiums to care about.
As for your comments r.e bond sale not being guaranteed. Indeed, it could fail and not sell, but iāve gladly bet my own money in share ownership that it will. And Iām guessing you have as well, otherwise, why are you here?
Oracle
Myo,
SBR parts? The site would be alive with the buzz of such an important piece of kit arriving. I wonder if itās buzzing currently....
Oracle
Members,
Why isnāt it is the question?
One of the biggest UK projects currently under construction/development. The sheer scale of the project is mind boggling. Yet we all know itās possible and achievable. On time and on budget.
The efforts of all involved are 100% every single day.
Itās employed huge numbers of people in the UK and will do for many many years to come.
I have dealt with many people and companies always giving reasons why something isnāt possible. Sirius, DMC, Strabag + all others involved in this project say āit may be tough, but we will find a way and give it everything we haveā.
Thatās a breath of fresh air.
Oracle
Good evening all.
I thought iād throw a kind reminder to all at this point, I see a lot of comments about the perceived negative articles/publications in circulation, shorts increasing etc etc. So....
The project is full steam ahead, positive news of progress will break of something I am not a liberty to release currently.
When speaking to individuals on site, the morale is positive, the target is 2021 Poly or sooner.... Even the banter between Sirius and contractors is reflective of the desire to make this project a success. All surrounding beating deadlines, achieving the impossible in even more impossible deadlines. E.g. statements such as āWith the VSM we beat the world record sink rateā, āWeāve got the world record in .... to beat nowā.
The SP in my opinion, has a matter of time until a significant uplift occurs to reflect the progress. The bonds will be sold. 12-14% it makes no odds, we will be financed. Then followed by significant progress updates over the coming months to continue the charge.
Sirius is a breath of fresh air with the ambition of everyone involved. I am involved. For my part iāll do everything in my power to make a success of my piece of the Sirius jigsaw puzzle because I believe. I want to be a part of a world beating project to better the UK and the North of England.
Time will prove the naysayers wrong and hopefully, we all make some money on our holdings at the same time.
Oracle
15Lives,
Sirius has 3 sites. One of those sites is not of interest to me. (It is of interest from my shareholder perspective of course).
What do you mean by that sentence exactly, in particular ādirty end of our undertakingā
Oracle
Myo, FFC,
Thanks gents.
Look forward to it getting started to see what it can do!!!
Oracle
Myo,
Your industry average info is good. Grouting would be including in the sink rate as itās a full cycle sink rate.
The SBR as our own Chris Fraser said, 2m stated, 4m target. 12m thrown about as a possible. Where did 12m come from do you know and was that in a circa 9-10m diameter shaft? 12m seems insanely fast.
Indeed, thanks for the well wishes for the guys.
Oracle
Myo,
Thanks for the welcome. Good to say hello after reading your many contributions.
Apologies I misunderstood. Your info appears correct. Where do you get your info out of interest for things like d&b sink rates?
