Ryanair are due to give Stock Market and trading update 1st week in March.. And with all the changes to charges, customer services etc, this will be the most important update in recent times. My guess is that bookings will have increased but margins on each seat will have decreased.

Good call Mr_Bluesky65. I have Been with this Share since it came back to market in 2007. It did reach €21.50 briefly after launching...I always regretted not getting out them, but it looks like this might be surpassed this year.

I see there was a sell at 17.01pm of 59,175 shares @ £15.80, will this be the opening price tomorrow morning,? It is listed as an Ordinary Bargain Trade

It was obvious with all the recent promotions and PR work that sales were not good, but I was not expecting such a decline in guidance for F/Y profits of €510m down from a September Guidance of €570m. SP down 11.5% and dont expect a bounce back anytime soon. Lets hope -11.5% is a bad as it gets......

Good news for Mr Leary in today's Irish Budget. The removal of Travel tax in 2014. Should have some impact on this SP. Not to mention cheaper Air Fares

Why would someone buy 2million shares the day "After" it goes ex-dividend. Where they expecting a massive drop in SP today.

ex-dividend date is 25-09-2013

Anyone know what caused this massive sell off?, quite surprising considering ex-dividend date is 29-09-2013

The Stansted Airport news will not have any impact of this financial year, as new contract does not start till 2014. But I would suspect next market update will reflect more downward bookings, due to reasons already mentioned by Ryanair. But long term this should keep going north of €7.00

Today is a milestone for SKG SP. This is the 1st time it has passed the initial IPO price in over 6 years. I would suspect there will be some profit taking soon, but good too see it moving north. It did hit an all time high of over €21.00 after its IPO in 2007.

Yes agree Mansky, there will always be SP dips for airlines stocks... Volcano Ash Cloud, Heatwaves and even the Bird Flu outbreak in a region of China a few months back effected Ryanair SP, and they don't even fly to China !!! Nice to see those cheap seat sales again, its like the old days when you can fly return for a total of under €40. I spent more than that on my TV Dinners in M&S at the weekend....

Ryanair said back in July that they had seen a fall off in bookings as the European heatwave continued. This announcement was on the cards. Good buying opportunity ?

Is this 3.92% decline in SP down to a Channel 4 report later tonight on begrudged Pilots. Who will claim Ryanair are not concerned with passenger safety ? I can only imagine what Micheal O'Leary's response will be tomorrow. and watch this SP climb back up again. Unless there is another reason for sp fall today
