I can't understand why they came to this arrangement in the first place and then leave the market in all this uncertainty, cannot be good for the company which they were going into a joint venture with!

If the Interim Payment is however received before or on 15 November 2023, MED will waive any late payment penalties that have been incurred until that point in time. Notwithstanding the extension of the Interim Payment deadline as referred to above, the JVA completion date and the payment of the balance of the investment due of c. £3.9m is still expected by around 30 November 2023.

No notification that the funds have been received on the 15th so it looks like they are due to MAST from the 11th...Best of luck to MAST!

That large trade could well have been a buy from earlier in the day and reported late.

All sells? not so, I bought the 5K just to check that...that as you see is recorded as a sell. The system cannot be relied upon for a true buy and sell record.

Re visiting head office, I went with Woody and we had a great day out, as he said we had the privilege of talking to the directors for about an hour (We arrived early after a 200 mile journey) and subsequently met the Caribbean Ambassadors and their wives. Demonstrations of the company products. Witnessed the presentation of the Queens Award followed by refreshments...all in all a very good day, witnessed by some shareholders but missed by many more who could have enjoyed the event.

Peter, it was good to see your 'no material changes' note, but you really are taking this right to the wire this time. Not good, hope you have saved something 'special' for us!

Yes I have met face to face with Peter and he didn't come across like many portray him on here. I feel sure that when the reason for the results delay is revealed we will all be relieved and hopefully pleasantly surprised.

Anything contrary to that and I will have to look into my judgment and belief in the integrity of people.
