If I have been critical it can only be construed as talking the share down and if I buy at low prices then technically I improve my average.
That can't be helped but I believe in what I say, that the time has come to sell up with a good deal.

I get the bit about me and horsey being the the same person but the rest of it was a mystery to me.My view is AM has built a foundation now let someone else take to the next level.

Petebo you must get what I am saying.Let me give you an analogy.
There companies that can build a cinema but they couldn't produce gone with the wind.
This company will only be valuable when it's sold.
In current hands it can only create content at a slow rate and is not able to market it in the same way as a larger company.
In the meantime it is burning up money and the only way it can keep going is to dilute the share price to make money.You end up with an sp that run continually along the bottom until the day it is sold.Even if by some chance they recruited Lady Gaga, the share price put spike then would be a dilution again and again and again.All Imo.

Well horsey either action man is as useless as I think he is of he has no intention of running Mvr as an independent enterprise.All the dithering if the past 3 years tell me he isnt intererested in running a business just building one to sell.Hence the obsession with the licences and partnerships rather than content.If I am right they will have a figure in mind and at a guess I would say 3-4 billion.But to get that price there has to be multiple contenders otherwise it’s a rescue not a buyout.Events Ithink may have forced their hand and that makes it awkward.As an independent company it will take years to get to that price assuming they can survive.

One small thing we can agree Petebo on is that buyout is our best route to success.

Ploughing in money at 4p isn’t quite the same as putting it in at 18 p.You get the feelings they are going for a bargain basement price.We don’t want talk we want action WE WANT ACTION MAN.

We do have assets but so does any company.
We have agreements we haven’t exploited,technologies we haven’t launched;content we haven’t launched;a reputation for dithering;goodwill that is ebbing away,investors that are running out of patience and cash we have raised by giving away shares.Not forgetting a top team paid a fortune for doing nothing too quickly.
We have no debt though and probably a good buyout value too.

Mel5 the link is basically saying the stock is not oversold.If the stocks RSI was below 30 that would be good but at 53 the sp is about right.

I think what you are saying Mel5 is that AM is all mouth and trousers.The market worked that out some time ago and some on this board are starting to realise it.He talks but does nothing, gives vague time scales that last forever.The market doesn’t trust him hence 18p to 2.5p.

I should That is only opinion I have no knowledge of a buyout.

I think Hobbit is right there has to be something on the horizon or it’s curtains.It is setting the bar very low to consider 4 point anything as remarkable.For me anything under 18p is a failure.I have a hunch these 800 artist don’t actually exist a proper recordings.If they did we would know who they are by now.The 4p sp is holding because people are talking a defensive stance against a buyout.
