Very interesting! Looking forward to what the new CEO brings to the table!
I have received a response from II:
Following from our phone conversation, I can confirm your orders have gone through as buy orders.
Our team have looked into this and they found that prints on Time & Sales are only showing to three decimal points (0.003) on LSE and are truncating the price on their ongoing report. This has caused the prints on this security to show neither as a buy or sell and I can confirm that our team have reached out to the LSE to review this and hopefully rectify this issue. I can also confirm that our global trading team have reached out to the RSP who dealt the orders who have confirmed that these are buy orders.
I have responded asking for clarification, as if this is the case (being displayed as neither), why are the total costs incorrect as this implies they are being categorised as sells.
I have bought several times this week, all above what has been displayed in price and total cost. You can not go by sells or total cost as they are not a true reflection on each trade. No point of trying to figure it out as you can't. If they at least displayed the correct cost you could gauge it but they don't.
Bought some more today showing as a sell with a different cost just like yesterday. 25m was a buy and cost £853.99. Displayed incorrectly on level 2 and LSE.
My buys at .39 yesterday showed up as sells at .3 as well.
Looking forward to our next RNS. Holdings increase or new deal coming!
The trading update (10th January ) comments are reassuring:
‘In addition, the Company has visibility of a robust pipeline and expects to announce contracts for handling of new commodities in the coming weeks’
‘The Company enters 2024 with real momentum and the Board expects significant progress at its facility in the coming months’
‘The Company is confident that the volumes of coal that it had expected in December will be deferred to early 2024 and the Company confirms that market conditions and coal volumes have now normalised’
Ashwaldo, that was such a great point! Many of the negative posters insist they are long term holders and the reason they don’t sell now, is due to them being so down. This implies they are waiting for it to go up. I understand the reasons for wanting to share their disappointment in the SP (and reasons behind it) however if you want it to go up, why would you inundate this board with constant negativity and remorse, if you are waiting for it to go up? Newsflash, your posts are not going to help you get there! All you are doing is keeping sentiment low, putting off potential new buyers and making your misery continue for a much longer period of time (especially when looking on here). I appreciate that this board doesn’t have a huge impact on the SP but it can on your mental state.
Llywelyn very interesting! Thank you for sending that link. I was smiling and nodding the entire way through it. I already thought certain posters were purposely deramping but reading that confirms it. Very useful, and makes me want to top up again today!!
