I actually disagree. I don't think a share consolidation would be the best way to go about things. It would just be a gateway for Mirriad to potentially place and place and place again thus further diluting everyone. I think you are bang on with the II point, supporting a raise all the way down here would be a huge ask especially considering the lack of contracts and deals. Nobody will want to pump money into this on a massive scale until there is something material on the cards.
Ideally, Mirriad needs a contract near-term (one with minimum guarantees which represents a substantial financial benefit) that will give them enough capital to keep running for the foreseeable future, thus giving them more time to generate more deals/contracts and therefore growing the business.
Just my opinion. I want the company to succeed as much as we all do and i think we can all agree that a contract or a deal of some kind is the first and foremost priority for the company.
