Taken from the Lemu website:
At Lemu the management philosophy and main objective is to have fully satisfied customers and our machines properly serviced and in full production. Our main concern and top priority is to ensure that our machines are always well attended and in optimum running conditions. To that end we rely on our qualified and skilful service personnel fully dedicated to the trouble shooting and customer's service. Besides we count with a spare part stock to give an immediate response in the event of an urgent need arising in the machine. In case of an unexpected event in your machine you are welcome to contact our service team who will assist you to have the machine back in production as quickly as possible.
?
Contact the technical service in LEMU and ask for the following:
- Preventive maintenance service visits. Keep your machine running as it was from the first day. After the visit our team will present recommended spare part lists in order to avoid any future sudden stop on the machine.
- Trainning. After some time running the machine, operators may have doubts about the operation on the machine. Or operators may have been changed. Our technicians will refresh all the operation and service points on the machine.
- Telemaintenance. Connect your LEMU machine through a sav
e Ethernet line directly to LEMU. Our technicians will be able to connect and check the status of the machine, and see through the webcam the exact origin of the problem.
- Spare parts. We are ready to delivery spare part in the minimum time possible depending the production needs.
@Homer55 - The answer to your question " can you tell me where the mask came from for use in the certification testing? "
That can be found in RNS from 11th December: "Factory Acceptance Testing of the machine is due to take place later today, alongside this testing there will also be a batch of masks produced for certification purposes. "

No, sorry. AML will be a good LTH, check it out if you're interested in sports cars :)
I can't either hence my previous post regarding it
Yune has buried them in her garden ;)
Bit disappointed that Yune hasn't responded to my post at 12:48 today in regards that I don't believe she knew nothing about the warrants!
@rebel100
Fair point! I'm just going by level of urgency - like if you're going to post something to someone, you can do it airmail or surface mail depending on how quickly you want it to arrive (& of course size & weight which would affect the cost)
@rebel100
That is true. Surely once it was unloaded by say 11/12th January, when you go to install it, you make sure all the bits are there? If parts were missing & then ordered, why wasn't this mentioned in the 18 January RNS? As I said previously, the 'missing' parts had to be trucked over & so wasn't like they forgot to put some screws or a key or something that could've easily been airfreighted over....do you not notice something that needs a truck to transport, is missing?
@rebel100: the RNS at 07:00 on 18th Jan stated “The mask manufacturing machine arrived from Lemu, as expected, and has been installed in a clean room in Nottingham's BioCity. Work begins this week to commission the machine and commence production. ”
No mention of any parts missing or required yet 4 days later they issue the great news of mask certification but added about delays due to parts. I’m glad it all seems to be resolved now & they can commence production next week!
"Commissioning of the machine at BioCity, Nottingham, commenced this week but is taking longer than anticipated, as parts have been delayed in transport from Spain"; "the delay in commissioning, caused by customs and transport difficulties in Europe, has been very frustrating but it now should be just a matter of a few days to complete the work."
It doesn't say the parts were missing. The machine worked ok before it was dismantled for shipping. Maybe it was slightly damaged during transit (ratchet straps too tight?), damaged during unloading or damaged during installation (someone snapped a bolt or something & they were unable to make good the fixing?). The parts they needed were too big to airfreighted & so needed to be trucked over to UK.
If something was damaged, the BOD might've kept it quiet & just ordered the replacement parts...this would be really good as any more delays would be jumped on & SP would drop further. It was just bad luck that the truck with the parts got delayed! Having this fantastic news today was an ideal chance to 'fess up' about the delays to the machine commissioning whilst not giving details about why they needed parts.
We're at 2.9p
+5 sp from last year on rumour = 7.9p
+1p 'cos everyone is relieved we're finally producing masks = 8.9p
+1p 'cos India producing best chillis in the world = 9.9p
+1p 'cos USA purchase anti citrus geening product = 10.9p
+1p 'cos Gyrometrics confirm on going orders = 11.9p
+1p 'cos Cloudveil are...Cloudveil = 12.9p
+2.1p cos #yoyoy has left this BB = 15p
@Manifesto - I do believe they will do a blockbuster RNS....there is just the possibility of so much good news at the moment which IMV would push sp past 7p up to 10p+
It's a shame P2F, Gyrometrics & Cloudveil websites haven't been updated though....why not??
They all had good news up until a point....then nothing, zilch!!!
Where is the latest news? There is news & updates for these companies but it is 'price sensitive information'!!
Where would RMS sp be today if it kept everyone informed of the ongoing news & updates of these companies?
RMS is quite happy for the market &....this BB...to keep attraction on the 'mask' & so they don't have to give any other updates which could potentially affect the sp.
I don't think finding a cure for citrus greening & the nano fertilizer making a huge difference to not only the chilli crops but other crops too, are 'side shows'
5% is spread over the next month, lol :D
1% tomorrow, 14% Friday, 30% Monday, 25% Tuesday, 25% Wednesday
"Can anyone see any of the masks I just mentioned here or the LiquidNano one being handed over to you at a stadium, concert, cinema and more importantly..... airport or when visiting the premises of any business ( schools, colleges, unis included) ?"
I wouldn't want to be handed a second hand mask that had been 'washed' several times before! I'd rather have a brand new one each time! They don't say how much efficiency it loses after every wash...& apart from 40c, do you wash it bio or non-bio powder & does fabric conditioner affect it's efficiency? Again, get a brand new one out the box each time & you can be sure it's working
Thanks for your post Kainos.
By looking at the Gyrometric site, it shows they have had at least 2 orders for products as they show ‘another’ batch of 10 units ready for dispatch.
P2F also had a REPEAT order for their nano product for the chilli farmers.
So, it will be interesting to see the results for the year as to how much money Gyrometrics & P2F have already earned & also Cloudveil!
