Scenario 1 my wife has put in 15k into this years isa 2025 and qith the growth now has 25k ib the ISA does that still mean she can add another 5k even though it's grown?

Senario 2 this year 2025 i put 20k in an ISA and obvouisly its grown. When 2026 comes along am i allowed to add another 20k into a new year 2026 isa. Or as i have 20k already i cannot add?
