My concern is what would happen if they did not get the approval on 10th July. If I get shares of what I applied, my average would be 8p and I hope to recover all my money this year but it all depends on good news in July.

I have contacted IG for the voting process. The following answer has been received:

I don't think this will be offered to vote to all shareholders based on the LSE communication. However, feel free to email corporate.cactions.ig.com with your choices and they will record your vote (if possible).

Thanks, 1Day for your excellent post and detailed analysis. Could you please shed some light on the Share price post placing and July 10th (NICE decision)? What would be the share price after those events? I am asking because I have invested too much in this share (it is my fault) and would never recover it after massive dilution. The 50p share price has gone now; like someone mentioned on this board, the maximum it can rise after sale is 15p.

Yes, Stephen 11. I am thinking of averaging down and buying more at 1.5p. I hope the share price will increase and I will get out of this share at around 10p without any losses.
