They can't give you news, they can only announce the deal once everything has been signed off.

He has given the news that they can and that is that they are in advanced discussions with a number of offers.

I was thinking an FFX/Gangfeng type JV and the resulting company Leo Lithium

Say we get a JV and are given 120mil funding in cash. A new company is formed and the market cap increases to 150mil

Would that take the share price into the pennies? How is that calculated...
