Surely Hainan would want to take even more control if heading for a buyout and just take Suay Chins in one go

Why would Suay Chin sell into the open market when surely Hainan would rather take the whole lot at say 0.45p and it would be even less than what they purchased into Kodal for originally.

I doubt Kodal will see for a low ball offer when they no the resource is about to be doubled...
