Well a lot of people listened to Schofields hype and are sat lock in on losses unless you sell for less than you bought. If people had listened to Onion then they would be rebuying more stock than the last cycle

That very attitude means that arbitration panels support injustice by being willing to in effect say 'there there corrupt country, because your so bad and inhumane in all regards, we choose to be really slack and lenient with you. We only make the honest countries cough up full money

If we went back there after a billion pay out and they took it off us again then they pay us another billion. Answer me this... Why should an arbitration panel throw our case out because we know what they are like? If justice prevails then surely they should rule in the exact same way they have ruled in this arbitration!

If we get a substantial pay out, the best thing to do would be to bid for the same mines again. Imagine getting a billion pound and then get working back on the very same items we got paid out for. Think buying a CAT C back from the insurance company
