Just out of interest, if something drops (fingers crossed imoji) and jpm cannot get all the shares they need to close the short, what happens...

When all said and done we know what we have under our feet. We know it's value and have a very good idea what the future is worth. We cannot beat this short, unless you have a few million quid stashed that your willing to risk. So take advantage of the situation. Buy on the dips that are being created. I am. At some point the short is going to close and when it does the buying will begin. I very much doubt a price of less than 15pps will be available then.

So basically the big boys are happy destroying a market to make their money on shorts but as soon as they are in trouble they get a bail out.

So most of the messages on here are saying sp is going to go up because the 5% number is going to be stated or the mre2 is coming out and I hope they are right as I'm balls deep (my choice and I'm glad of it) but I see JPM short is still there. Surely if they thought this was going to rocket wouldn't they close out. I hope they are wrong and get singed but it's their job to get this right.

So is JP Morgan the only shorter on this share. Are we only seeing them as shorter because they were caught being naughty and had to declare the short? Someone imho is not wanting this share to rise. Doesn't bother me as I'm here for the long game but it is frustrating to see this manipulation and I'm sure some folks who are wanting to get their cash out for personal reasons are angry. Who could blame them. Can't wait for next week.

I closed my 212 account when I found out they allow share borrowing. Even worse I believe is if your shares are lent out during a voting period, you cannot vote.

Just a quick question.
Figure's are just examples and have no relevance.
For the 5% if NCM offer 100mil and GGP say no we want 200mil, then the adjudicator say fmv is 150mil, can GGP say sorry but that's not enough so no sale?

For me this shows strong commitment. Rather than dilute the pot by realising the warrants he has bought on the open market. Well done that man. Sign of a good leader me thinks.
