That there is still zero interest in the shares. Not a single decent sized buy since the RNS at beginning of the month. Can’t get my head around that at all.

Clearly a buyout is not at all an option as indicated clearly by Tim. Having reviewed some of the deals over the last few years, you would hope that he reconsiders and tries to close a buyout deal. If not then it is critical that he secures a deal that is weighted to upfront cash and less so on milestones and royalties. Whilst the latter may be lucrative over a 5 year period, subject to 100% success, it also has high risk and we are far better with a front loaded deal. He has talked about bog deals with $50-150m up front. Hoping he can even surpass that and we can see a share price in the 30-50p range.

£300m up front? I’d say maximum £100m based on the other deals Tim referred to and have been posted on here. Gives us 20/30% upside to current mcap and possible value added from the milestone / royalties once these are made clear to the market. If of course a deal happens.

I think there are bigger things at play here now. Production is stable and revenue pretty good now that legacy hedges have dropped off. I am sure that financials are ok for now. Update is due on the work over final plans I am sure that will be announced soon, along with finance update. I reman optimistic that we will come out of suspension.

Which is highly unlikely, is a complete buyout. It gives closure on what will otherwise be a long and frustrating road. Too many on here are thinking quick win and short term. A licensing deal will give an initial boost depending on the upfront amount and milestone timelines. Inevitably however, the journey is long (several years) and you will find interest waning quite quickly and the share price drift back until the next big news. Here is hoping for a buyout at $150m+.

$1bn mcap? It was $10m very recently. Best not to get too carried away folks. As I said yesterday at $75m mcap today, a fair chunk of any deal is already priced in.
