Hi ocelot what I find odd is the length of time to do due diligence. I can’t image anything is so complex that it requires 4+ months. I reckon the delay is either the ability to secure funding for it or disagreement amongst the newly formed board. Not sure what that dynamic must look like with power struggles going on.

Wags this is the company’s choice so there is nothing to worry about. Even if funding is still under discussion they can relist at any moment they choose. What we do know is the cash pile is quite big now and the revenue seems to be stable at 2-3 times higher than previous quarters. I believe this will explode on opening, excluding any RTO impact.

Ocelot I’m certain that they were part of the initial discussion, they had to be. It seems the RTO is maybe not as lucrative as first thought, or the funding was a challenge and hence now delinked as I alluded to before the RNS. I was always skeptical about the asset purchase, didn’t feel right given their priorities. Great news that the new funding confirmation has been confirmed as that settles any small doubts anyone might have had.

Market doesn’t like today’s news. So it must be wrong, just like me. £1 by Christmas I say.
