PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
l'm guessing somewhere around £2.8
Reduced there position in terms of overall combined position if I am interpreting runs correctly.
Again I don't believe fund raise is imminent but todays volume was double that of every other day this week. Todays volume was 10,965,755. But note last Friday had similar volume (but no share price drop.)

The sudden drop today with 3 million of delayed reported sales (at prices of someone desperate to sell) coupled with a succession of 500000 sales yesterday points to what? Maybe just someone who wants to reduce their position as without obvious significant news pending in the next months they may want out. However based on past experience AMC has a habit of doing discounted placings, and the price often drops the 1 or 2 days before......look at the raise on the 25th Aug 2020. The price dropped signicantly one day before (but unlike today with 2x usual preceding days volume.)

Now today did not exhibit an unusually large volume so I don't believe a fund raise is imminent but having followed AMC for years prospective new holders perhaps need to consider this possibility particularly as authorisation was given recently for management to fund raise a reasonable volume.
"· all previously existing share authorities expire thereby requiring the Company to renew authorisation of shares to be issued to continue the funding requirements of the Company. A total of 200,000,000 shares were approved for the period between now and the next AGM".....rns 10th Dec 2020 detailing AGM resolution passed. If my calculations are right that is a maximum of approx 14% of current shares in issue.
Also note that AMC also has a habit of surging up (large amounts) without reason in a very short time period.
In other words in my opinion it is a risky play that also can reap a large reward. A typical AIM stock then!
No wonder there were a flurry of buys yesterday at close, this update should trigger a reversal from recent stagnation in my opinion.
Morningstar shows the prices as follows (see below) around when these trades took place, and soon after the price rose for remainder of day. If they had been sells the price surely would of fallen.
