I think Ccc can afford to just sell at a loss seen as they have made $14million in the 1st half of 2018...The timescales dont add upto anymore either to me, no license that might no be sorted til Feb 2019 then they have 3-4 months to sell up, how is he going to get this to £45 a share or £60-£90 with those warrants!!! All in the space of the next 6 months.
