Thats right King hence he will miss it, the exploration license is for 3 years isnt it ( surely not much exploration to do tho, unless he finds another 6 holes to drill every 5 mins til there is no room to even drill anymore ) , so if 3 years that will then need to be changed into a mining one I suspect?!?
