Also to add to the argument for
1/ Newport steel have said if project agreed they will install electric ark furnaces which will enable them to recycle steel and provide Uskmouth with a 20 year supply contract
2/ SIMEC energy have 2 ports and infrastructure in Newport as well as train rolling stock which will provide more jobs along with the haulage they already have in place
3/ Newport will be firmly on the map for world leading coal conversion around the world
