James i agree with you regards timelines,but this is a company juggling 3 continents with ZERO DEBTS, looking to monitize at the right time morocco or some of morocco,drill dates have been given,T,.T. has ongoing drilling/workovers every 10 to 14 days,mou6 funded by a 3rd party is progress, no mention of MOROCCON NEWS is propably a NDA OR MULTIPLES still in place as agreements taking longer because of a WAR and prices up 93% in 2 months. As for T.T. news as keith has posted sc3,4,5 and 6 are looking at a 400% increase on previous numbers,absolutly staggering for a few million payed versus $20 million per year in oil just from this area,plus nabi being payed back in 6 to 8 months for a full 30% share of existing t.t. production. SURE it might be 3 months tie until we see the extra cash flow but its there already at these inflated world prices. OILPRICE.COM latest is usa blocking irans exports,so its only a guess , oil might go higher again then? good luck with your other investements, im happy buying more in pred, i got another 250k in the last 2 months ,3p average paid.Some others have posted there holdings are in the millions ,at 2 or 3pence, lucky/skillfull investors, in at the right time!!

FOR THE TROLLS THAT CANT READ OR HEAR OR WATCH THE NEWS WITH SUBTITLES... there is a wae ongoing affecting in a possitive way for investors the price of our assets, GAS, OIL , and HELIUM, there never was a deadline of 6 months,it was a educated guess at the time as there is A LOT OF DATA to be looked at by any potential company looking to buy some or all of moroccos assets. I have already posted a deal at $70 a barrel might not go down well with certain types posting here if oil zooms to 150 to $200 if it continues for months..?? Its in the companies interest to see what unfolds,maybe it all ends hapily tomorrow, so whats the rush?? OR is there another reason for the negativity?? we all know this share is poised to go multiples of tadays price with news all summer on new drills and well workovers,with oil at a higher price than factored in at 60 to $63 a barrel...

Thankyou sigma, unfortunately money cant fix it, but money can help, a move into a bungalow,disabled adapted would be the best option.

Not as many as sygma , grh or pg but enough to be life changing for my own family and a few relatives,money is nice, health cannot be bought,a slight slip on wet grass whilst walking her dog,fell down a riverbank and hurt her chest and spine,now has difficulty walking etc,luckily was found by other dog walkers. Simple supply and demand... ijwdont trust, if we have deals in place but the amount of assets or value of assets is going up then its prudent to wait and see what happens in the IRAN area! IF it all kicks off and oil goes to $200 a barrel and we sell tomorrow at $73 a barrel imagine the outrage of sellong gas and oil at $127 less than its worth for the next 2 years!! likewise the helium prices could do the same,its needed for medical and high end computer chips,we all want the share price to zoom up to pounds,but waiting a extra 2 or 4 weeks is nothing compared to the extra value we would be giving away,if IRAN gets invaded and throws all of its drones and missiles at its neighbours then its 5 years to rebuild it all. WE hope it doesnt happen for the knock on effect on prices for everything including food or refilling the car at £20 gallon ? Its been a long time coming, BUT the cng/lng deal could WELL be seperate to the rest? A wise man might wait abit for this to play out,and that would also increase the average price for oil and gas even if it stays at $100 to $125 for a few more weeks,extra bargaining power for P.G. The lth see the value, only TRADERS , in for a few weeks would keep pushing for a deal asap!!!!

BDT the trolls and fudsters are scratching around for any negativity they can find,, simples, so socalled deadlines are the next item of fud to spread some fear?? the 6 months p.g. thought it would take is a best guess with all of the info in the data room to be studied by interested parties and various versions of deals to be disgussed by 2 interested parties at the time, ie more than 1, it could be 6 ae now interested with a ongoing supply issues due to a war.. AND any deal would of been arranged at a fair market price around brent at $63, now its more like $70 to $80 for a year so far! this will delay any deals on the table and re-negosiated on future prices,maybe useing oilprice.com futures listings?? IF the middle east conflict turns into a disaster, then its in preds interest to delay a deal on a sell off of most of morocco, mou3/6 should be a easier deal as its for local gas lng/cng so a known market/price.

100% agree, we all want a deal or deals announced and the share price to rocket. IF EVERY WEEK our assets in the ground go up in value with world prices riseing and then our assets are viewed as being worth more as they are a long way away from a volitile area of the world, with recent and ongoing for months possibly restricting or haveing no flowing gas or oil,ours is suddenly extra valuable. As others have already posted years ago, PRED is in a safe country,with good politics and a honest regime,LOW tax,s and a DIRTY GREAT BIG ,UNDER USED PIPELINE TO EUROPE, capable of flowing both ways ,with a take off point (NODE) already in place 2 miles away. IF you sat at home and put pieces on a map of a wishlist of where oil/gas/helium were placed, flat no mountains,deep ravines,large bodies of water,dodgy government or in the middle of now where with zero infrastucture/pipeline or sea ports available, MOROCCO FITS THE BILL 100%, thanks to grh and others ive looked and looked and prd seems perfect! The good news ROB,is mou3 and mou6 will be cng/lpg so we or another owner wont need a pipeline just a gas compressor or liquifier and a few trucks to get a very quick return on any investement, and for gas to europe/rest of morocco someone kindly built a dirty great big one only half full of gas "at the moment.." The only pipelines will be to connect/collect the other wells all fairly close by,looking forwards to dividends from the near future sales from a stub if all of morocco is sold off. tick tick sometine in the last 2 weeks of april for that news?

THANKS AGAIN TO KEITH, with gas at $15.44c thats a 93% increase in the value of our assets.. at $8 per mcf. 5tcf or more including our fracked gas is looking good!
