Eyeys on the prize, 53 trades yesterday, only 12 were sells large spread to encourage share trades, only 1 large sell,calm/sticky hands needed, the thought of £1.48p near term ,

£5 or more next year, ireland news due after the election ,

and still tt to be worked over for oil production, no debt or difficulty making repayments, whats not to like other than a bit slow to get there, on a shoe string budget,

now more people hired in for testing/proving up the gas for a contract for ncg and gas to power,and helium in the mix as a added bonus, the trolls/fudsters cant deny what is in the ground,and we get 75% of morocco,unlike say char who now are not in control of there direction as a jv has seeded power as they dont have the assets that we have,

and offshore is expensive compared to the price of a couple of cng trucks loading up everyday,easy money maker.:

Mem , i prefer 10% at E,13 BILLION , GAS will continue to rise, and if we get a harsh winter in europe the price will rise quicker as demand will outstrip supply ,the usa is sending loads of cng to europe and us!!! fracking hell.! hasnt paul already said upto a tcf from ireland? and years later they are still thinking about it ,madness go figure.

Didnt Jimmy, say he had sold his prd shares.. so im guessing he saw the bottom,, and got a load of char cheap ,waiting for the dead cat bounce..

or maybe they will get lucky and find some gas or helium like us!!

gamble so not for me, pred has assets, on 3 continents all will raise the share price beyond my wildest dreams,and i can dream big!

Razor, i was meaning if we have 6 times the mcap and more gas proven up ,then a company bidding for us would need at least 6 times the money,so might stop a average size company steppin in as we are a lot more valuable .. they might need to get extra funding themselves, paul has mentioned this himself when discussing our low share price/under market value.

re pipeline already there, infrastructer already there, deal/mou already signed for the sale of said gas.(5/6b mcap)

IF gas has flowed and was then announced, and the share price rose to 60p we , would , all be happy,

BUT. would paul now have to renegotiate with who ever he is talking too,as the investment would be 6 times more?

his is hypothetical , but getting the original investment/sell off is now 6 times harder! we all know paul is a expert and has made millions at least twice with his previous companys.

so i would expect him to be doing a deal with only parts of the company available to purchase in morocco, and tt and ire would also be separate entities not for sale in the same deal.

we are then funded to explore more of morocco as well, just my personnel thoughts.

Gudin, my post at 9.51am today was in £ so for dollar,s that is $5.53mill in the bank, and extra cash there/debatable! so enough to cover 3.5mdrill,1m testing,and 0.5m for t.t. wax treatments,$5mill total,

Plus we are expecting revenue/forwards payments on cng $60 to$200m,DEAL ALREADY DONE, and oil from t.t. with wax/co2 treatments, so tight but no raise needed, especially if good news from mou5 re gas and unknown helium % as a bonus,only mentioned/found a weeks ago,so paul would not of factored that in when, "fully funded for 12 months" comment was made.

DONT FORGET THE HELIUM IS" IN THE GAS" ,,, NOT NO GAS, AND A LITTLE BIT OF HELIUM AND 98% CARBON DIOXIDE... NO PARAGHRAPHS REQUIRED IF I KEEP IT SHORT!!

Lots of if,s n but,s today, a placing looks unlikely at 9.25p,so how much is the testing going to cost? 1 or 2 mill? how much is drilling mou5 again 1 or 1.5 mil? how much to run the company until end of january25? , versus 4.35 mill in the bank plus 1.186m available =5.536mill, looks about right to me. now if i was a company hired to drill or test something,lets say some gas in morocco,and i already had a nda in placebecause lots of gas HAS been found,and the testing is sending the volume off off the chart,i might want to take a smaller fee,say 500k to cover the wages and leccy bill back home,,and invest in shares. now IF the gas pressures and FLOWS are good/very good i would then know the share price is going to be alot higher, and soon ,so would be happy at a higher price say 20p or more. other companys on the lse list have done this at 200% of current share price ,so not a impossibility is it!! this would preserve a little cash if needed,again only if needed. other posters have said we already have enough and tt and cng payments are expected up front ounce steady flow rate establised, as pred,s contract might have a clause where we HAVE TO GAURNTEE a min flow ,or penalties are liable. cng was quoted as 60 to 200mill a year!!! expected sales and that was over a year ago and the gas price doesnt look like its going to go down for 8 yrs in the news recently....

So if 12% chance mou5 is £1.48p does 50% =£6.16p a share, and the broker values prd at 1pence because we have £4.4m in the bank,, so if we hit it big with 4 to 6 tcf and a £1 billion valuation = £22.70p on the upside.. or am i missing something? there numbers look a bit low to me,but this is just mou5. mou1 cng at 295bcf is £2.67p just for cng if they can use it all! these are rough estimates scaled up from pauls presentation where he shows the paypack time to prd starting at 2mcft/day up to 50mcft/day @$16 = $159mill/year net to prd.

To androclesB and silverfoil13, no offence is meant and non-taken, my post was corrupted twice so lines got mixed up and had to be rehashed,and busy at home/diy so i was lazy and didnt rewrite it!! kids fighting over tv channels and ipads.. silverfoil13 if you send a email i will let you post my rambling from now on as paragraphs are far easier to digest,again just me being lazy. the good news is grh has posted again,horray not sure how the valuation will work but if we get say 2tcf to start with and share price goes to £4,does anyone have a timescale of this getting suspended as price rockets,and when/if we are going to get a 1 off bonus payment and will it have a cut off date like the same time it was announced to stop people jumping in just for the bonus or could it be backdated a couple of days to avoid any leakage of such a thing?

personally ive never invested in a company that has done that, except for special dividends once the company has been profitable for several years and goes through a purple patch!

Jimmy, no idea.. it depends on what they have found/expect from initial testing mou3, rumours of 500mcft way above the 5 to 10 to make it commercial, and the cng deal had a upper limit of 100mcf from memory,, or upto $200m/yr in gas sales?and if t.t. is flowing and we get all of the money to offset the $55m tax loss inherited by us mou5 could be a free ride from income,we are all quessing as no firm numbers published,if paul declares gas found at "X "flowrate the 10 yr tax free period starts, if not declared and a deal is/has been negosiated that would be more attractive to a major than 9 or 9.5 yrs tax free at a billion or 2 a year,these are very big numbers to be playing with,ive not over exaggerated any hopes of price that cant be achieved, all we know for sure is a strong hint gas found and the larger the field the longer to stabilize the flow rates, ie 4 or more weeks is good, 3 days is bad... OR there is no gas and still looking to flow above 5mcf for cng,the rns.s state more than enough for cng and looking at gas to power,seems a deal to fill a nearby pipe is more than likely. im happy with this as apposed to still struggling to get a commercial flow ,, so havnt published the nunbers yet, i feel very comfortable with paul, he seems honest, knowledgable, and very happy with the results so far, and is building many assets/deals at the same time, over 3 different asset locations, and has at last taken on more help so if he is "very frugal" with the money,, there must be enough there already to pay the extra bills/wages being incurred. its bit like playing chess with a grand master you will loose against his far superior knowledge.. but i did once force a draw against 1 ,in 1 game, and then he wiped the floor with me for all of the others,so have gone back to draughts.. buy some more quick,is what ive been doing as the risk is already low enough for me,only paul knows exactly whats going on, grh has posted a lot recently so is also confident results are close.mou5 is the big one it will have the most effect on share price,4,6,or more tcf at upto £2 a tcf...and He at a unknown % is likely,so again go low 1% ,and more is a very welcome bonus!!

Donalb, im sure someone will analize the report better than me ,share price £1.48p (are you there keith/brv?) so the bad news mou5 high risk 12% chance of success versus preds 50% claim. then the very conservative upside of $12.9billion,, 5.9tcf, minus 25% to k.of morocco, gas estimated at £1.11p and helium at £37p low @ ave of 1.3% as nearby algeria helium find. the He could be low at 0.11% or hi 4% so ave of 2.085% at a conservative price $400 per mcf,with costs of upto $200 to refine it, so at 25 to 30 times the value of the gas at $7 mcf,, again a ave of 28.5 times the value of the gas... So the high side is 4% x 28.5= 114% added value ,as 4%is worth more than the nat.gas at 98% purity...... funds for drilling $3.5m to be met by trinidad coming online over the next 12 months, with $55m of tax debt claims inherited by us, wowsers.. they also state gas pumped to spain for europe($7mcf) could fetch as much as $12mcf a 71% premium price. And ireland could be a farm in deal after there general election,,, its all coming together nicely. note 111p plus36p is a penny short so some rounding down has occured ? from the £1.48p. mou5 share price valuation...plus the rest of morocco and ire and tt,so does anyone have a new estimate for within a yr or too many variables? im happy to stick with keiths £5 +plus to avoid disappointment,, but £8 or more is looking possible!

Some great posts today by the usual WELL,, informed posters,thanks to many,especially keith brv and grh in posting history today,whilst revisiting the linked video about pauls interview on overpressurised gas again and gas to the top of the structure that was 220mtr below the high point seal a video from 2019 about prd ,paul talking about 2016 ireland paul had already secured the gas(1tcf est 1billion euro,s in value) knowing ireland was running out and in 2019 would need to use it, the green party has delayed this to date ,but our time is fast approaching, the 7m45 sec video ,core finance with jak mir hosting talks of pred at 2.8m mcap quickly rising to 7mill and he had the idea to get a exclusive contract with the only co2 producer in trinidad area, to stop anyone else from injecting the wells for better flow rates, this man has been planning ahead for many years,i feel we are on the cusp of greatness. ie selling the cng and doing a deal for gas to power,he mentions this in 2019 so 5 yrs later the work is nearly done the mcap has increased and we have no debt hanging over us and all of the opposition has fallen to the wayside, leaving prd well clear of anybody catching us before we get cng and a contract to fill a certain nearby pipe all the way back up to europe. well done paul and the team at prd, and thanks again to the expert posters on here,ive upped my shareholding 4 times in the last few weeks and the numbers if we hit just a few pounds a share are beyond my wildest dreams,, gla long term share holders i wonder what the share bonus will be on top of the multi bagger share price?

To quote some bloke called grh/rob, the longer it takes to get a steady flow number the better as the area being tested is bigger than thought,so takes longer to stabilize,, ie a test for resevoir flow assurance, if we are still tested then that is a good thing -not a bad. the fudsters will probably say there is no gas or the flow is not commercial and they are redrilling sidewards or re, sandjetting as the mud won........or are they opening a camel watering station called the char bar!

IF WE HAVE GAS FLOWING THEN THE DEAL FOR CNG(done nov. 2023) FROM THE WELL HEAD INTO TRUCKS IS $100 TO $200M A YR SO CANT THEY JUST SELL THE GAS AND GET A UPFRONT FEE SAY $20M AND GO DRILL THE REST OF IT? if the drill company are happy with shares they must be 90% certain of enough gas found already to push the value a lot higher than there fee so far for drill services,paul should not want dilution as the biggest share holder if we 50bag?
