Potter, its clear from your post history everything you said about PANR has been wrong. You can take a look at mine, and you will see what I said is right... Does that hurt? There is no negativity, the SP went from 180 to 19p for a reason, and that reason is Jay has burnt MILLIONS$$$$ on failed drillings and now doesnt have enough to continue 2 more wells, let alone the 20 he told Private Investors at the AGM a few months back.
Shut your face and look at the tram out the window.
potter, you are really ignorant talking about "derampers", where where you for the last 2 years? I havnt seen you here since yesterday lol. You have NO KNOWLEDGE of PANR Nobody needs to deramp this share, the company does it very well itself by failing every task it sets out to do. As for todays late big buys, you will soon find out actually they were sells from the big boys dumping and the scrawny little mugs like yourself buying them based purly on "50% down, must go back up" mindset. Do you know PANR is approaching financial problems? Without any reasonable income they cant continue failed drillings at the rate they have been, so now what? Rather than 6 failued tasks each quarter, we get 2?
Until we hear about a partner or placing needed for funds... Looking more like placing needed tbh. We also have somebody dumping more than 200k daily... Could it be spencer or dorfman?
Good post misterpositive, lets see how it pans out.
WengerOut, when the PFS comes out everybody knows that all long term holders are going to DUMP on the spike and get out, it will be the sorry new holders who will be lumbered with the shares.
Schachmesiter doesnt have to have motives when AMC is locked into TWO death spiral financing deals. Unless you are a moron, you wouldn't buy shares here
Saying what exactly? Jays head got stuck in the well opening?
The only reason jay done an interview here, was so that thousands of private investors lap up the shares as the company is going to need a placing. And judging by all the new user handles im seeing here(who don't know anything about PANRS history), it has worked, you all think you are getting a bargain and are buying from those in the know who are dumping. Hilarious... Way to spend your hard earned guys.
This company has hit problem after problem for the last 2 whole years, and you delusional holders are still shouting "this is a good entry point" When will you read between the lines and understand that the CEO and the team are highly INEPT? Jay has major problems doing the most basic of work. As for those of you shouting takeover, didnt you attend the AGM? Jay stated he wants to drill over 20 more wells before a takeover... PANR have spent 2 years drilling 6 welsl - of which only ONE has proven profitable - the other 5 the team has destroyed - some even by PANR leaving them locked in(thats their own words). This is why so many private investors get stung and lose their hard earned salaries... O well, you been warned and choose to stay ignorant.
If a company wanted to get 100% of the licences CLNR has, Couldn't they just wait until after May 2018(when the license will automatically be taken from CLNR), then apply for it themselves in the next licensing round? Failing to see why anybody would provide CLNR with 20-40% of the valu with such a deadline as that in place.
This most recent PDF might be of interest to you RedLee - https://static1.squarespace.com/static/560a5feee4b0a63bf47c76f5/t/5a9c8bc441920278298740c5/1520208940178/2018_March_SolGoldFINAL.pdf According to page 22 I got the track rigs wrong @ 100m per day, actually 90m per day each.
Also RedLee, just realised you asked more about the blockcave, To my knowledge not much has been said about that area. Aside from drawing assumptions such as Newcrest(leading block cavers) taking their 15% position in the co. At the current MRE figures I dont think the CuEq rates were anything great, but quite a few authorities(such as a Sprott) do refer to SOLGS Cascabel as being a Tier 1 deposit... make of that what you will...
RedLee I am a holder, around 20% of my total portfolio. The current situation with SOLG is Rapid exploration underway with 12 rigs, 2 of which have now been moved to Aguinaga(which if you recall, is a area that had mineralization at surface area - from my past memory there is something quite special about the area with regards to its position being on a hill(I will have to research it later again)) The initial MRE was released 2 months ago, and is due to be updated 4 times this year(each quarter) This initial MRE featured 53km of drilling over the period of 2016+2017 With the big increase of 12 rigs running 24/7 each drilling 30m per day, it allows for a rational figure of 130km of drilling this year, so there is the potential to increase the MRE threefold. Actually, if memory serves correct, some of those 12 rigs are on tracks, and are drilling at 100m per day each, so that 130km this year is actually conservative based on all rigs @ 30m... A PEA is planned once a manager is recruited for the job, and then the PFS.
SOLG - http://www.lse.co.uk/DirectorsDeals.asp?shareprice=SOLG&share=solgold CEO Nick Mather - 86,269,570 Shares, sold @ todays SP = 19,324,383 Brian Moller -------- 4,186,942 Shares, sold @ todays SP = 937,875 AMC - http://www.lse.co.uk/DirectorsDeals.asp?shareprice=AMC&share=amur_minerals CEO Robin Young - 2,306,068 Shares, Sold @ todays SP = 115,303 Brian Savage ------- 340,013 Shares, Sold @ todays SP = 17,000 SXX - http://www.lse.co.uk/DirectorsDeals.asp?shareprice=SXX&share=sirius_minerals CEO Chris Fraser -- 123747368 Shares, Sold @ todays SP = 35,144,252 Russell Scrimshaw - 40,966,837 Shares, Sold @ todays SP = 10,241,709 Don't you long term holders find it suspicious that the BOD here don't buy shares and have measly little holdings? RY's holdings is less 1/3rd of his yearly salary here. If AMC was sold for 100% premium to todays SP, he will receive 230k, still only 2/3rds of his yearly salary... On the contrary the SOLG CEO would receive 40Million Pounds, and SXX CEO would receive 70Million Pounds I think now you guys now know why after 12 years of messing around, we havn't been taken over yet - the BODS gravy is the Salary(paid for via death spiral financing), not the T/O-J/V
I have developed servere OCD after all the mishaps, so now my compulsion is to warn other investors. Expect me around here long term, until the obsessive compulsions to post truth wear off atleast.
What errors? 12 years and hardly any progress. BOD don't buy shares in own company. 2 Death spiral financers. CEO RY creams 330k a year salary and takes bonuses of 30k to top up. Regular missed work schedules. Which errors?
TW is a legend, you pay some respect. RY on the other hand is a scrounger. being paid 330k-salary a year for this 12 year failure, only giving us shareholders dilution.
Look at the total vol, it looks like there are not enough buyers for Crede(one of the two death financers) to dump shares into. Unlike the usual multiple 100,000 blocks we see, today we don't even have 1 stinking 50,000 sell. Investors are waking up and smelling the coffee, brilliant.
A Voice emerges on the tanoy "Two death Spiral Financers are about to begin unloading 6 Million + shares a month, Dilution and a Lower SP is incoming"
