If a share says it is going private the arse falls out of the sp and you loose a lot or you are left with no benefit until you find a matched bargain at an even worse price with higher dealing costs.

Looks like 50 x 1p shares and you get 1share and 49 get sold @ 2p each = 98p raised for Intu per share.I have sold my holding.Possible consolidation of 50 for 1 as it can then pay dividends sooner.gl
