The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
How about a change of name to Sn Resources and have tungsten as the secondary product, we might get looked at more favourably?
The numbers that were reported in last Thursdays RNS probably? Someone wasn't paying attention?
The way my favourite tip ITM has soared over the paste year, shows that hydrogen technology is viewed quite favourably and like many new innovations, it only becomes truly viable through economy of scale. I can see a big future for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the commercial market. There are already buses and trains trialling the technology now, here In the UK and Europe and big automotive companies are also investing heavily. Personally, I hate the thought of these battery powered cars whizzing round silently, knocking down unsuspecting OAP's crossing the road, but they'd hear STV's V8 muscle car approaching without any problem...whether he'd brake is another matter?
You're doing your bit Geng, but it seems peeps are still pressing DOWN. Still, if I contract the Covid-19 virus, HMG might give me five hundred squid for the privilege which I'll invest in Wres obviously! Of course I'll die from the virus long before I see a return, but should I survive and see a profit, that'll be two blooming miracles.
You would think that MM being from Oz, he would be an avid viewer of Quests Aussie Gold Hunters and Outback Opal Hunters, where you can see for yourself that plant suffers severe wear and tear and anything made from plastic should be avoided at all costs. The fact that the equipment supplied to LP was manufactured by experts in Europe was a mistake and should have been produced by Australia's Matso's Brewery instead? Now, APT with a head would be something to behold.
Encouraging though this latest update is, I still find it hard to see where the jump from 100t APT per quarter to the 675t projected in the FID will come from. The ROM feed will need to increase substantially as will the ore grade, I just hope the plant will be up to the more punishing demands expected from it? As for the T3.5 phase, goodness only knows how or when that may be achieved from LP alone. It would appear that Regua will be vital to achieving anywhere near the T2 output we would hope to see later this year. Fingers crossed that the team at LP keep the improvements coming?
Dreamy, on the 13th, I predicted that the Q4 update would be on the 27th or 28th, if I pick one, I'll go for the 28th.
Would it not be beyond the realms of possibility for MM to state a firm date for future quarterly updates so that we don't have to guess when they will be made known. I realise it's not in MM's nature to stick to a timetable, but once wouldn't hurt, would it?
Marklee, I'm assuming then that at 0.4p you'll be either in profit or breaking even? I like many other LTH's, need at least 0.6p to see our money back, and that is miles away from where we are at present. As for the 1p club....that'll be like climbing Everest in flippers!
Marklee, if that were the case, what price per share would you personally find acceptable?
Safety, I'm certainly more complex than a simple man should be, I'm surprised that I haven't had a full page spread in The Lancet as yet, even after giving birth to triplets (one of each), I didn't get a mention, weird or what?
Seawolf, we all share your frustration, but if you have a grievance with MM, tell him. Email him at info@wresources.com and let him know your feelings, alternatively email Justine James at wres@almapr.co.uk . You never know, you might get lucky?
Safety, I was given magnesium intravenously while in horsepiddle over Christmas and they said they'd never known anyone react to it before. After a few minutes, I suffered tremendous belching followed by vomiting. I'm a mystery to medical science I am.
I think we need some of those giant rabbits out of the hat very soon, as I've just worked out that if I'd invested my current paper loss in Wres in my pet tip instead, I would be sitting on something well over £3m. Blimey, there's a thought!
Dreamy, why did I write foresight when I meant hindsight? Doh...me Homer!
Typical for me, if I'd waited a few days after bedding? my Wres shares before rebuying into my ISA, I could have done so and had cash to spare, foresight is a marvellous thing innit? My goodness, MM owes us BIG time.
While all is akimbo in the world, MM is probably sat with his abacus and Letraset working on the Q4 production figures which I guess will be on the 27th or 28th Jan. I reckon that the later in the month, the more disappointing the numbers will be, I just hope I'm wrong in that assumption?
Good morning all. GIT, I hope your daughter is clear of Covid-19, once must be bad enough but twice would be awful. As for Covid-19 rule breakers, the police had to forcibly arrest a Polish woman 2 doors away from me last night as her family had visitors and things had escalated into a right shouting match. I missed the arrest but apparently it took four officers to wrestle her into the van. This particular family have consistently broken lockdown rules, so it's about time they were bought to book. Needless to say, I'll be curtain twitching today for a follow up!
Have just been looking how the weather is around LP at the moment. It seems to be chilly but snow free, so production shouldn't come to a grinding halt. Let's hope this continues as we don't need any more hold ups?
