It's something very unexplainble.

If we put the natural gas prices in the puzzle then all are explained:

12th Mar 37.80p due to Vas Licence Order : 8886.00 UAH/thousand cub.m
8th Oct 35.00p although the today's RNS : 5878.80 UAH/thousand cub.m (down 34%).

October 2018 13438.80 UAH/thousand cub.m (down 56%)

Conclusion : The conditions dramaticaly has changed in a year.Only with a serious increase in the natural gas prices we can see a movement north.

We lost Baron ,since 23th sept. no comments .

Next RNS tomorrow or from 1st October and later but certainly by the end of next week.My expectations 800 boepd.More than 1000 boepd will be perfect.

Next RNS about testing and hook up of MEX-119 by end of September.
Positive event and at least 800 boepd more .From 4100 boepd today to 4900 boepd.
I see the price approx. 20% up.
They are coming the lift of suspension of 12 March 2019 and higher prices of natural gas in October.

Price down 52%.

That's why the share price has no potential to go north , this long period.

RNS due well results next week 17 -20 September.
RNS due interim results between 20- 27 September.

If i am not wrong , as i read in the year's results it is not mentioned if the company will give or not a dividend to the shareholders.
Because in the past , in the results, always were mentioned about the dividend - and now not- this means that there a posibility with an rns in the next General Meeting to have a call for decision for a giving dividend or the subject is closed with today's rns?

I had the news from yesterday but I considered that was mistake.
And is obvious that ukrainian agancies have copied this news from BBC today remaking this mistake about the Daily Mail .It's clear is a fake only

i5 - the question is if Pinchul bought in this price (65 p) , because if I am not wrong, the regulations are reffered to the buyer and not to all investers ie if Pincuk bought for example at 40- 50 p max , then this price will be obligatory for him and so the game change... for the price offered for the t/o.

On the next week will be the 1st auction.I hope Regal to have the opportunity to acquire one or more fields(total 10).The start price is 0.7 mil $.The results i suppose to be in the same day.

LICENSING ROUND IN UKRAINE
The State Geological Service of Ukraine released 30 onshore petroleum blocks for
sale in online auctions at the public trading platform Prozorro.Sale. The total acreage
of blocks is 4 630 sq. km.
The concession blocks will be auctioned in a series of licensing rounds. All parcels are
located in proven petroleum provinces with well-developed midstream infrastructure
and widely covered by geophysical surveys.
In the first round, announced on December 6, 2018, ten blocks were offered in five
regions of Ukraine, covering over 1 810 sq. km. Licenses for nine of those promising
blocks are proposed for exploration and production of hydrocarbons for a period of
20 years. The remaining parcel is for a 5-year exploration period.
The undiscovered prospective resources of ten blocks are officially estimated at 86,25
billion cubic meters of natural gas and 16,29 million tons of liquids. One block holds
developed proven oil and gas reserves.
The initial price of most of the licenses is not exceeded USD 0.7 million. The company
which submits the highest bid in terms of cash bonus will be awarded lease rights for a
specific parcel.
There are also minimum exploration program requirements for each license, for
instance: processing of legacy seismic data, conducting new seismic surveys and
exploration drilling.
Bidders will have ninety calendar days to decide and submit their applications. The first
online auction will take place on March 6, 2019.
