I can see the Results RNS on the Investigate Website HH...and on their Website....both apparently issued today at 7.00am....Maybe feed to LSE was delayed

Covenants waived by lenders....Most of Debt apparently as a result of acquisitions made in 2018...36M Profit in 2018....2019 Profit Guidance to be in line as announced in May....but, no doubt...headline is the Equity raise....at £1...No doubt this will fall today...but hopefully not to £1...:-(
