Shops may be closed but is that a bad thing for a week or two? Staff are all on furlough so that’s a massive cost saving. It’s still to early for the Valentine’s Day push as most people will only look when we enter Feb. Diverse revenue streams like Aldi and App are still making us money and giving us some cashflow. It’s not a shorted stock but it does feel it’s being held back I’m a LTH and it’s not behaved in the same way as all other retail stocks post first lockdown we had the 50p plateau for weeks then followed by the drop. We have had news of new Ceo which coincided with terrible COVID news thus cancelling each other out, so a small rise is inevitable. We need to land Valentine’s Day to kickstart 2021 and what should be potentially a multi bagger
Happy New Year fellow holders
ASTON MARTIN LAGONDA GLOBAL HOLDINGS PLC - Important Information
Proposed Consolidation.
1 New Ordinary share for every 20 Existing Ordinary shares held.
Important Information & Other Key Dates:
On 18th November 2020, Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings Plc (Aston Martin) announced a proposal to Consolidate the Company's entire issued and to be issued share capital.
The Consolidation received shareholder approval at a General Meeting held on 4th December 2020.
Following such approval, the Consolidation is expected to become effective on 14th December 2020.
The New shares are expected to be credited to your account on or after 14th December 2020.
Unless you hold your shares in a ShareBuilder account, no fractions of shares will be issued. Any resulting cash entitlements will be dealt with in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
When a company consolidates its share capital the number of shares in the Company reduces. This will impact the share price as the total value of the company remains the same, however there are fewer shares in circulation. Usually the share price will increase to reflect this, in theory by the same ratio as your shareholding has been reduced. You may therefore notice an increase in the share price should the Consolidation become effective, however as your shareholding has decreased the overall value of your shareholding should be similar before and after the event (although this is not guaranteed).
