why the heck would a director not want to licence the tech bring in money and increse the mcap which is what all shares holders want?

thats why i gave chris his permission to use my shares

Yes, I’d like to licence the technology but the Board won’t talk to me (despite their repeated comments in various reports and RNS that they are looking to licence the tech out). So I have proposed to them (a) licence the tech (b) strengthen the Board and (c) that I put new money in (as they state that they are also short of funds). Balancing the Board will ensure that they don’t just dilute out existing shareholders again and protect their own interests (as they did imo with the June 2018 Convertible) plus will bring a lot of new ideas and resources and hopefully listen to some new voices.
