well ive been thinking this for a bit why would he keep the company debt free? well with the octgonal stuff going on is he going to make a bid for this one? where debt free perfect rto and if the charger is coming on line prefect time hes got 7 million cash in bank now he could do it if he wanted too i think next 2 mnths will tell what hes upto in the annaul report , charger info or is he going to go for this too? i mean its 2.5 million mcap buttons really wait and see all all imho etc etc dyor

ok done a bit off digging seems that there was a rto which let JG have 53% off company with the other majors thats 77% which is amazing in itself so they have complete control off the company at over 75% company has 5-7 million cash well ill leave you to figure out the rest but not nice at all but i think the charger is coming soon and the volvo penta/eqtec stuff is good still but those 2 rns really dropped the share price really not nice for anyone invested in there so ill be watching everything JG does like a hawk from now on and make sure he never goes above 30% without making a serious offer to us

yes but as soon as one major shareholder gets above 30% they should make an offer for the company am i not mistaken how the heck does someone get 50%+ and not have to make an offer for it?
