RE: Handsome holding here20 Jan 2021 00:33
alwaysup you posted this which looks in part to be incorrect
oldblue1973 - Why do some people lash out, insult and belittle other just because they do not say what they want to hear? I can assure you, I know AST, Slovenia and the oil and gas business very well.
Smart investors want the facts so they can make informed decisions.
Large investors want people to follow like sheep so the large investor can make a profit. They rely on the premise that all shareholders will wait for something, some big win that the BOD have put out there. The average shareholder is left holding the bag.
My opinion, based on my knowledge, is Geoenergo is probably already in talks (probably with the Russians) to enter a JV to develop the Petisovci field, the Slovenian government has followed their regulations in asking for an EIA and will therefore not pay any settlement, and there is a lot of money to be made in the Petisovci field by a smart oil and gas company that is looking for success.
Ask the LTH, they have been constantly waiting for something for the past five years.
Why doesn't somebody push the BOD to do something? A successful company is always doing more than one thing at a time.
Just my opinion. Let the trashing of AlwaysUp begin. Lol
here is the envo law document
https://www.italaw.com/sites/default/files/case-documents/italaw11654.pdf
there are many part from your post which maybe incorect including the below about the EIA it was in fact Geoenergo that applied for the EIA which they didnt need to do which started this all off or the solvenian goverment company.....
but the document is a must read and sets out our case
3.7.In order to maintain the levels of gas produced, in 2017 it became necessarytocarry out another round of low-volume hydraulic stimulation of the Wells. Under Slovenian law, no preliminary screening assessment nor any EIA wererequired to do so. However, in an abundance of caution on 10 May 2017 Geoenergo made an application for a preliminary screening assessment(the PS Application)with the Slovenian Environmental Agency (Agencija Republike Slovenije za Okolje, or ARSO).
