but yes we have the same stuff again have said my OPINION and it is an OPINION is that there waiting to see if the EIA etc gets throw out and then the BIT goes in and it wont be for 120 million but for losses plus loss off the gas as well (npv 200+ million)so its a wait and see but as time goes on so does the risk but i dont see any majors moving out on the FT website as yet as if i do ill post it

but if it does get rejected the BIT might be for a bit more than the 120million ild guess but thats me guessing
