" .........blind you short term.... "
FFS, get a grip, nobody has ever posted this was "short term".
Pharma's are usually medium to long, that's the nature of the Industry they are in. It's only covid 19 that's brought forward potential timescales to "short term "
If you are one that's "gambled" on "short term" then it's only you to blame if your currently wanting "short term" cash back now.
We have all " Invested " here knowing how this would play out, just look at your portfolio Q2 2021 - Q4 2021 and beyond and tell me then if you are still around, lols.
Quick "ramp" lols, IMHO, Accustem will be bought out at $1.5billion, threfore = to £5.77 pps. $1billion =£3.85 pps. $1/2billion =£1.92 pps.
This leaves the whole of Tils world class pipeline which will be a minimum 10x bigger going forward.
vbw
No,
£1.45 mid, £1.55 post close and £1.66 last trade.
Gotta give it to you Hyun, you do take the biscuit!
TSLA just brought out a new 40% more effective car.
PMSL.
vbw
NAS still circa £1.50 equiv.
Somethings afoot here and it's not 12"
Sorry, should'nt brag!
vbw
Trade,
Yep, have always thought that.
vbw
Ok, so here's a curved ball for you all.
Exact Science paid $2.8 billion to a GC owned R & D company for their product.
6 months later GC produces same product but 40% better and goes live and tells the world about it.
Now, if I was Exact Science I would feel a little bit miffed and would do anything in my power to torpedoe Tils, using all means at my disposal including , ( not stated for obvious reasons). IE........
We have all seen the outright manipulation on both sides of the pond.
Anyways, true value of our Pipeline together with Accustem Science will out in time.
vbw
BusyMO3,
Yep, very interesting!
It looks like the city boys just don't get the magnitude of our pipeline and have oversold the de-merger, believing there to be a substantial value in Tils for StemprintER.
Additionally, we have had a minimal dilution of circa 2.5% for warrants in the last few days but the £'s have increased our cash!!!!!
All in all, quite rediculous situation, but our true value will out in time.
vbw
NAS £1.46 buy- £1.43 sell Equiv.
vbw
So it's still a day traders share until cob fri 30th October.
I bought yesterday thinking I would'nt qualify for the Accustem.
What a conundrum this has turned out to be and I can remember posting a few months back that the Nomad has not advised the Bod's correctly.
vbw
Hi Stims,
Yep , missed that add-on.
vbw
Viper999,
Too late IMHO due to timing for the registration of your shares as takes 2 days to register, therefore, as record date and time is as RNS'd 7.00am Friday October 30th takes you back to GC statement that cob 27th Oct is last time/date to qualify.
Now, in saying that if and it's a big if, your shares are able to be registered before 7.00am on Friday 30th, you should qualify for the equivalent Accustem shares.
vbw
MrNinjazx6,
IPO stated in RNS dated 16 Sept. ( towards the bottom )
vbw
Tils will be 10 times, minimum, bigger than Accustem, so, I just don't get what all the fuss is about selling Tils!!
I have bought today and as funds become available I will continue to buy Tils.
VBW
Legalwolf,
The Legal Record Time is the stated ( RNS 16th Sept ) point at which Tils issues the 1 for 1 to it's wholly owned subsiduary, Accustem, therefore your tils shares must be registered by that date, therefore cob 27th Oct is the latest that tils shares would be rgistered under normal circumstances. ( I Fink !!!!!)
vbw
Greenlabel,
Your right that the record date is 30th Oct, however the record time on that date is 7.00am, so you can't buy on friday.
I also have had in my diary for some months that the last day to buy to qualify for Accumen was cob 27th oct. This was from GC stating that the T2 won't qualify after that date as shares won't be registered in time.
I know this has been a contentious issue to-day, but hope my small purchase to-day qualifies but not really bothered if not.
Time will tell.
vbw
dreamchase,
with you on that.
vbw
You've missed end out of your nick.
Hi Stims,
As I understand it, Accustem will be set up as a subsiduary, however not listed immediately. So to answer your question, Accustem will be responsible for it's own comms.
vbw
Shirazkhan39,
Agreed, well put.
