Hi morning coffee FSP stands for full sale process. It should be happening quite soon.
The SP on eua dropped last week and I took opportunity to take small losses here and hl., and added.
First bought in Eurasia mining 11years ago, and since have added many times. ATB

Well I did say 24p last night.

Gave it a few days from 1.20 sold out at 1.18 a few days later.
Put slightly reduced funds in eua, happily back in profit.
They are in FSP and will hold to the end.
GLA, very difficult to find winners ATM.

Tomorrow could see a rush to buy.
As all long termers know the BOD like to surprise when it comes to RNS timing.
Looks likely the next RNS will be the mother one. GLA.

Another read of RNS indicates the sale is proceeding at speed.
Seems very little chance of a no deal, as I've stated before the assets are worth so much, everybody wins. That's seller, buyer, banks, legals and of course shareholders.
The only question is price, personally I think 90p seems fair value, that's about 3.2 billion dollars after costs.

Early RNS stating suspension of trading whilst sale formalities are completed.
Would remove stress for holders and shut out MM's and late comers.
Seems like the BOD and Dimitri Moses Suchov have landed a monster deal.

It would nice if Tang would make a statement of what's happened and a road map of future intent, but I don't think he's that honourable. GLA.

I don't see how this serves Tang very well.
He's always decided his pay and controlled everything.
Most of the assets are in the form of shares so crazy to bust a viable business.
Let's hope there's a way back or a reasonable offer to shareholders.
TBH, I remained hopeful but am not overly surprised, our Mr Tang has been self serving straight from taking over the reins.

Re the sale, I like many LTH's, 11years next month, are obviously looking for a sale soon.
At 59 years old I could use the funds to help out, my 4 adult offspring.
Now if I was 20 years younger I may see value in wanting Eurasia to mine themselves or set up a joint venture. Thought for the day. Time and tide wait for no man, or woman. Got to be politically correct.
I think the timing is also perfect for many on the BOD. GLA and lets think BIG.

Seems every morning SP gets put on small loss, whether market up, down or sideways.
I suppose on an up day like today it may encourage weak holders to go chasing rainbows.
Probably a questionable stategy as we march towards news day,big one or update. Can't help thinking there will fireworks soon. GLA.

Just 2 points to make.
Value of all eurasia's assets, probably around 3 to 6 billion dollar.
And yes a handfull of mining companies can afford this price tag. A lot of miners are currently making super profits and are keen to secure long term assets,and also reduce current and future tax liabilities.
After this coming week I would expect news at any time.
Prefer another suspension stating deal being finalised. GLA.

Didn't enjoy watching our SP this week.
Did sell both Man group and HL for small loss and added here mid week.
Truly can't add any more so a steady rise wanted now.
I think UK markets broadly down as reality of Covid crises on economy hits home. I expect more downside for a while.
With regard to EUA next week may trade sideways but once into October I see big gains.
There is so many deal possibilities with this sale that its no surprise its taking a long time. GLA

Wow just trucked to Lutterworth, positively great weather compared to Felixstowe. Its a wild day.
Let's hope we open a bit higher today and hold some gains. An intra day RNS would certainly liven things up.
