How long before a similar opportunity comes around ,5years 10 or maybe 20 years.
Great news that an acceptable bid has been received but door still open perhaps just this week for a knockout bid.
Sounds feasible and perfectly fits the AGM timetable.
The future is either great or amazing,just got to wait and watch.

BODs must be very confident of mega deal being concluded quite soon.
Dmitri will have negotiated a great deal,remember no low offers will be entertained.
Could be MT sold and take off agreement for WK,which together with JV gives a very bright future.
Could also be some share consolidation announced with payment of dividend.
I will be surprised if the special dividend is less than 45p.

At 16.38 today said maybe after hours RNS.
Great news , excitement continues and faith in BOD about to be rewarded.
Personally am hoping for a 7am RNS announcing suspension to conclude deal.
Then a final RNS to explain offer,to follow in about 10 days time.

On a rather trying day like today there could be a late RNS.
History has a habit of repeating itself.
Still easy to remain super positive.

Morning all.
I suppose one advantage of stable SP is it deters the day traders a bit.
I imagine the trading volumes are fairly low as many are just holding or adding.
I'm currently mulling over adding myself,just not easy as I get hit with bills for a couple of months.
Feel it's likely some sort of news will drop soon,but happy to wait if that's what it takes to maximize shareholder value .GLA.

I know it may not seem like it but,
1. The resolution to give the BOD more negotiating power passed.
2. The BOD were given great shareholder support at EGM.
3. The price of PGMs have increased significantly this week,and almost daily we hear in the news the political need and push to progress the green revolution.
4. The SP has remained stable,which I agree is dull but the volumes are low which suggests most shares are in sticky hands and most PI remain determined to stay the course.
5. We are another week closer to the deal which I'm sure will be huge.IMO
6. As time goes by our value keeps increasing,which certainly makes the wait easier.!!

I think all invested are going to have to accept a numbers of difficult trading days before we reach the finish line.
The SP has and will continue to be moved around to create churn of shares.
Personally I'm surprised most shares are not in sticky hands.
For me the real underpinning of the company's future comes from both the demand/supply dynamics and the stable high price of all PGMs.
Another great positive is the political push to facilitate the rapid mining expansion of the whole MT region.
All reasons to remain calm, patient and optimistic.GLA except shorters.

I think all investors ,LTHs and the more recent shipmates have underestimated the time and tactics needed to arrive at current position.
Nearly every RNS in the last few years has been super positive.
The BODs have positioned Eurasia to secure a high return on the assets.l would imagine that deal news will come in 4 to 8 weeks as the pressure is now firmly on the buyers, either write a big cheque or wait another 10,15 years for another chance to buy another cash bonanza mine!!.GLA.

Resolution passed by large margin ,and FSP update to follow in future.GLA

Two entirely separate buyers for the different parts of Eurasia.
The assets are at totally different stages of development ,so likely to attract different buyers.
If BOD are fixed on the whole company sale then obviously a consortium would be the more likely purchaser.
I feel confident the resolution will pass and hopeful for a positive update to keep the spirits up till journeys end.

While in the middle of this trading day , I've just thought us remaining investors should probably be quite grateful to those that have sold as this seems the intention of the price drop.
I suppose if people don't sell MMs will try ever more radical means,that is something like another manufactured SP crash.

For me a quick deal could have been done months ago but after the initial joy most here may have thought by now that sale price was to cheap.
I for one think the prospects for a better deal grow as the weeks go by.
When the deal comes through at least we can be satisfied that multiple offers and outcomes have been scrutinized and considered.
I'm sure we'll soon get an update on WK at the very least.
