Very true. There does appear to be buyers present that are taking shares (and have done at pretty much every level since north of 1p). I certainly cant keep buying as my portfolio is starting somewhat unbalanced! Fingers crossed for a snippet of news in the coming days.

Another round number sell. Fortunately only £1600 worth so not impacting the SP much.
BoD must surely understand that they cant provide upbeat RNS's about a defining moment in the company's trading history to then follow it with complete radio silence for a month!

I doubt it as there is value in a listed entity as a cash shell (pretty much as we are at the minute).
If you look up both AIM and main market listed cash shells most are worth at least £3m so we are some way off that at this stage (one of my reasons for building up a decent holding as we are under weight on value despite the lack of action from the BoD in the last few weeks).

The best thing holders can do is... Hold and if you are feeling adventurous email the BoD or advisers and ask why the DD is taking so long (I did and was met with a fairly standard email back but I imagine they would need to change their tune if a large number of holders got in touch).

Very true. If the RTO goes to plan then the rewards will be significant for holders but I do wonder why they are keeping so tight lipped about progress. It seemed pretty much a foregone conclusion a month ago. Fingers crossed for north of 3p in the not too distant future!

I think someone is selling in the background. I'm getting offered .88 to buy and .82 to sell in decent volume (Both figures way under what has been traded in the last 2 months).

Yep. I just checked on my trading account and MM's will take everything I have at just shy of .85.
For the past 2 weeks the MM's would not take any more than £2k's worth. I wonder if someone knows something.

I hope they have something to share soon. If I average down any more I will need to declare my holdings :)

There have been loads of trades that have not shown up in the last few weeks.
Look at Google today. Yet another buy on the bell at 16:30 and nothing shown.

Im getting quoted .902 to sell and 1.02 to buy so it looks like the MM's might be fishing for shares.
If its anything like last week we will see a buy at 16:30 that absorbs any shares available from the MMs.

Price to sell appears to be increasing despite no buys reported and MM's are willing to take £5k chunks above 0.92.
Make of that what you will but MM's dont tend to take in volume unless they are confident of a profitable flip!

I cant remember the exact regulatory reason but I believe that RGM were not permitted to hold shares in the company pre-completion of the RTO (Something to do with the crossover in directors and potential to share inside information).

Did anyone else spot the buy reported on Google at 16:30 yesterday at 0.98 but is yet to be reported?
It would seem that weak holders are dropping out every now and again while someone else is filling up in the background (Monecor/ETX?)

If you are going to de-ramp at least get the name of the company right - LCMM (London Critical Metals Market Ltd).
Look at the organisation behind LCMM and their financial firepower + Monecor (ETX capital) holding (Thats why folk are buying shares). Monecor know the market and have experience in launching new trading platforms.

Considering the majority of the DD was completed almost a month ago it shouldn't be long until we get an outcome. I'm guessing at early next week.

The MM's do not appear to want or need buyers. I sincerely hope we see a bit of news early next week so we can push beyond the ridiculous spread that only serves to catch out beer money punters.

The spread has been moving around all day and the MM's will take shares on the cheap given the opportunity. They sold the shares back to the market at a 10% premium looking at the last three trades of the day (easy money)

I think its just the MM's offering a massive spread - The last buy was for £55 so hardly putting a dent in today's trading volume.

20p would be rather nice!
I'm hoping for a little over 5p short term with a view to reassessing my target once the RTO is underway. Huge potential as the BoD have pointed out on numerous occasions.

RNS's suggest the DD was mostly completed a couple of weeks ago so I imagine it shouldn't be long until we get some meaningful news (or in the very short term the Sssig exclusivity extension which will be a firm indication that they are keen to proceed with RTO).
