Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Feb has been a poor month for the nickel price on LME - currently $25.4k ish.
But as you say TDT there have been constant LME stock falls alongside this which is difficult to explain.
Even more at odds is that SHFE is at CNY 211k which is $30.5k.
So a 5k difference..? Is LME being manipulated or is it just dying and becoming irrelevant?

Another organisation recognising that there is a strong chance of the next Vanadium price spike not being that far away.
BMN was less than half the company it is now when Vanadium prices exploded in 2018.
I'm here for what happens this time.
"Tesla and other automakers routinely talk to mining companies of all sizes about potential supplies of lithium and other EV metals without necessarily signing contracts."
There's a good way to go on the weekly RSI Marc.
It bottomed in mid Sep22 and has been rising slowly over the last 5 months.
Only now is it reaching the 50% mark so the foundation for the feeding frenzy going in to overbought looks to have been built.
Wasn't aware of the emergence of the 3 trusts highlighted by this article until today.

Already over £527m in the Gore Street Energy Storage trust. Another launched this year.
Grid energy storage is going to be huge.
Enjoyed this very watchable and thought provoking presentation. Where will nickel all transition metals be if current policy trajectory is maintained?

Vanadium low to high price spikes since 2000;
2002 V was around $6 low,
2005 it spiked to approaching $130kg (21x low)
2006 the post spike low was $35
2008 rebound high was $90 (curtailed by world crash)
2016 next low around $13
2018 Spikes to $150 high. (11X low)
2020 next low already in; $26
202? Next spike high of .....?!? (? X low)
I'm guessing next spike will be a new ATH.
$200+ is not unimaginable with the added markets and demand for V in the green transition.
It's already over 5 years since the last Vanadium price spike.
If you're asking what may the price reach in the next 5 to 10 years then almost certainly before that period ends Vanadium will be had another extreme pricing event as supply comes under pressure. Maybe sooner rather than later if VRFBs and military spending both take off)
What price BMN at that $125+ Vanadium price point?
It's production will be multiples of the 2018 event. So we can expect the SP to be multiples of the 50p it reached back then.?
After the Araguaia build fundraise in the last week of Nov21, I tried to pick a date by which I needed to have built my stake in HZM before major interest and moves we're likely to occur.
I estimated that date to be 1st July 2023 and asked an online trading days calculator to tell me how long I had..?
403 trading days was the result.
I'm still building my stake (now just below 158k shares) but don't think think with the current price trajectory that I'll make it to my original target of 200k shares.
However with regard to the counting, I note that after tomorrow there are 100 days left on my original countdown.
Just 100 trading days to the start of H2, and coincidentally the earliest point on the gant chart where mine commissioning may begin.
Exciting times ahead.
