TRANSACTION UPDATE As part of the reverse takeover process the Company made an advanced assurance application to HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") for tax relief under the Enterprise Investment Scheme ("EIS") and Venture Capital Trust ("VCT") Scheme. The Company has now received notification from HMRC that EIS approval is granted and that VCT approval will be considered when investing VCT funds have been identified. This tax status will allow the Company to broaden its potential investor base and is a strong positive for the launch of EAI into the quoted space. There have been a number of complexities in the transaction from a US perspective, which have now been resolved, and documentation is progressing well. Lol You don’t lose your money if it gets suspended on Thursday .They still have 6 months to do a deal while in suspension. If they don’t do a deal between 21 June to 21 December then you lose your money . We still have 2 days, she has strong Pedigree in doing deals, so you never no she might pull the rabbit out of the hat before Thursday. But if she does not she has a further 6 months while in suspension to do a deal .

Apple agree news should drop very soon , This is not on the radar at all ,but will be soon , when the news drops and if it is blockchain or medical cannabis this will go mental and rocket with the low shares in issue ,am expecting this to be one of the top raisers for 2018. Holding just under 2.3 mill shares ,200k shares will get me to the 2.5mill mark holding then am done and will sit patiently for the news to drop and look forward to a cracking pay day .And yes cash shells are very high risk but all so can give you a hugh return on your investment if all goes well and with Melissa Sturgess on board and Melissa putting her own money in about £100k is great .
