I would say it is Lithium related because the Lithium is contained is salt lake brines which clon has been sampling and the results are overdue. The Li concentration in the brines is equivalent to assay grades except no drilling is required. Good results will lead to further work; probably in collaboration with the Bolivians which will , again on positive results lead to a JV with YLB the Bolivian state Li company. The 20% of known global Li reserves that Bolivia is sitting on is all about developing the massive but remote Lithium rich salt lakes. This is where solar powered direct Lithium extraction technologies come into play.

This was all kicked of by a sudden flurry of large purchases which took it up 50%, then traders moved in took a few quick profits, but then it took off again.
Would be another explanation
