Only a few days to go now until the big event Let’s see what the market thinks of the amount of stick avalibe against the strong likelihood that a good deal is about to land here and send this way way over 3/4p Best of luck to all This is now my second biggest holding
I have nearly 3 million shares but I want more! I have a feeling I won’t be able to buy a bean on the open. I see huge re rate here next week and today will be I think a 30/50% day Not having any of my best 3 million shares they can go fish :) I Bet anyone who sold recently feels sick after that RNS last night.
Big move tomorrow Crossing all the T and sorting all the i’s this going to blow tomorrow. Next week is the big event The Company announces that it has received waivers from its two major shareholders until 31 March 2019 to complete the work already in progress to consolidate four short term shareholders' loans, into a Mezzanine style single facility. The original date to complete this was by 31 December 2018 as announced to the market on 22 November 2018. A similar extension of time was applied for with the senior lenders until 31 March 2019 to align the various work streams involved in the shareholder loans consolidation and the senior debt refinancing. The Company expects to announce the decision of the senior lenders towards the end of next week.
Agreed! What I read yesterday really impressed me this business is profitable in terms of production costs and the recovery is increasing. No way are the banks and lenders walking away here no when a man of that caliber says hey up lads guess who ,)
The best of luck to all All the recent news and developments are screaming that the restructure has been a success and given when I read yesterday I fully expect this to be back to full production in demcber into January and come the next update we will be looking at £70/90 million on our market capital. I wish I had bought more at 0.40 but that’s life
